At present, China is in a period of transition. Economic and social are developingrapidly. Many related research that, as the main public administration dealing withsocial affairs, civil servants are facing enormous career pressures, some civil servantsare often physically and emotionally tired, work burnout. Some civil servants oftenhave long-term "third state" as defined by the medical profession-not sick, butunhealthy state, so that they can not work full potential and enthusiasm. They can notdiscover and enjoy the fun in life and work, and can not cope with their own workwith energy and full of enthusiasm. In L county civil service career pressure surveyfound that L county civil servants under serious occupational stress. Therefore, thestudy of the Civil Service occupational stress is conducive to improve occupationalstress response capacity of the civil servants, and will help to ensure the efficiency ofcivil servants and the physical and mental health, and to improve the managementlevel and overall performance of the government.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction. In thissection, introduces the research background and the topic of the thesis topics on thesignificance of the research. After, the introduction of the specific ideas of this study,the innovation of the approach to the study, and this study may exist. The second partis the basic definition and theoretical basis. Summarized to come this study involvesthree basic concepts, and introduces the theory of the Robbins pressure source, as thetheoretical basis of the research in this article. The third part is the status of the Lcounty civil service career pressure. Draw L County Civil Service throughquestionnaires and data analysis, the extent and impact of occupational stress factors,a comprehensive analysis of occupational stress on the positive and negative effects ofthe civil service. The fourth part is the sources of occupational stress analysis Lcounty civil service. Use source of stress theory, analyze L County Civil occupationalstress by a comprehensive analysis from the three levels of environmental,organizations and individuals. The fifth part is L County Civil occupational stressmitigation strategies. Effective combination of theory and specific sources of stressfor Civil occupational stress mitigation countermeasures from three levels of environmental, organizations and individuals. This has an important practicalsignificance for easing the pressure of L County Civil occupational stress.Through this study, I hope to make up for the lack of groups of civil servants atthe county level occupational stress research, provide effective occupational stressmitigation strategies for the county-level civil servants. However, due to theconditions and my limited capacity, this study also exist some shortcomings need tobe to continue in the future in-depth study. At the same time, the practical effect of theproposed occupational stress mitigation strategies need to be able to test and certifythe future practice.
