Research On The Problem Of Grass Roots Communist Youth League Organizations Assisting Rural Revitalization

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of rural revitalization,which clearly pointed out that "we must insist on giving priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas,and establish and improve systems,mechanisms and policies for urban-rural integration development in accordance with the general requirements of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and affluent life.System to accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas." As the party’s assistant and reserve army,the Communist Youth League must take the organization and mobilization of youth to participate in rural revitalization as an important manifestation of political responsibility,centering on the center,and serving the overall situation.In the process of promoting rural revitalization,grassroots league organizations must give full play to their functions and advantages to practice and explore the road to rural revitalization from multiple angles,cooperate with the party organization to unite the will of the broad masses of people,and continuously expand the party’s ruling youth mass base,So as to promote the overall revitalization of rural industries,talents,culture,ecology,and organizations.This article is based on the theory of group organization and collaborative governance,taking the Communist Youth League organization in X County,Henan Province as an example,through field investigations and case studies,analyzes the status quo,existing problems and causes of the Communist Youth League organizations in X County in assisting rural revitalization.The main problems include: lack of reserve talents for young leaders,low integration of volunteer service resources,lack of innovation in "culture to the countryside",and weak combat effectiveness of village-level league organizations.Finally,four optimization suggestions are put forward: establishing a working mechanism for attracting and retaining good young talents,building a county-level coordination mechanism for youth volunteer service resource integration,innovating the form and carrier of the construction of rural customs and civilization,and deepening the reform and promotion of the Communist Youth League.Organize combat effectiveness in order to better realize the practical tasks and goals of grassroots Communist Youth League organizations in helping rural revitalization.
