In February 2016,in order to improve and innovate social governance,reconcile the contradictions of grass-roots social governance,improve the level of social governance,and solve the problems existing in traditional social management,such as the shortage of service personnel,the decentralization of service management authority,the simplification of service mode,the imperfect service management system,the neglect of people’s psychological needs,and the low efficiency of supervision mechanism,Dongguan has fully implemented the new social service management model "Smart Grid Engineering Project".Through the effective integration of resources,emphasizing goal orientation,paying attention to resolving and reducing public security risks,and gradually realizing the modernization of social governance system and governance capacity based on the refinement of social governance“ "Smart Grid Engineering Project",as the main means of community management model innovation,highlights the advantages of community management service efficiency.Because of its unique geographical location and administrative structure,Dongguan faces new problems and challenges of social development earlier and more than other cities.The pressure of social governance is heavier and the task is more arduous.This paper studies and analyzes the "Smart Grid Engineering Project" model of social service management in Dongguan.On the basis of combing the relevant research at home and abroad,referring to the research theories such as governance theory and publicity theory,combined with the actual situation of Dongguan,through the methods of literature research and interview,this paper analyzes the operation and achievements of the "Smart Grid Engineering Project" of social service management in Dongguan at the present stage,and points out that the public awareness rate is low in the operation of the "Smart Grid Engineering Project" The problems of imperfect supervision and management system,low mass participation and low identity of grid administrators are analyzed.At the same time,drawing on the experience of grid management in successful areas,it is proposed to establish a long-term training system and strengthen the comprehensive business ability of grid administrators;Do a good job in publicity and guidance,and carry out multi-channel and all-round publicity;Improve the various mechanisms of the "Smart Grid Engineering Project" model;Establish and improve an effective supervision system,promote diversified governance countermeasures and suggestions,further promote the in-depth development of the "Smart Grid Engineering Project" model in Dongguan,improve the urban governance level and ability of Dongguan,and provide reference for further improving the social governance ability,management efficiency and service quality of Dongguan.
