The "E-commerce Law" implemented on January 1,2019 has formed a powerful deterrent to the problem of untrustworthy e-commerce,and electronic illegal and untrustworthy behaviors have been initially curbed,but the problem of untrustworthy e-commerce still needs to be taken seriously.Promoting the integrity of e-commerce is inseparable from the role of local governments.In recent years,the Hangzhou Municipal Government has issued a series of documents supporting the integrity of e-commerce,and adopted a series of measures such as organizational leadership,coordinated supervision,governance of integrity and chaos,and boosting the development of the industry to promote the healthy development of e-commerce.However,in terms of the integrity of e-commerce,there are many problems in the supervision mechanism,frequent incidents of dishonesty,low cost of dishonesty,and lagging supervision.Through the use of literature research method,policy text analysis method,data analysis method,etc.,based on the theory of government regulation,government and market relationship theory,combined with the role of the Hangzhou Municipal Government in the construction of e-commerce integrity,it is helpful for local governments in the construction of e-commerce integrity.The role of the company has been thoroughly studied.The main research contents include the current status of the role of Hangzhou Municipal Government in the construction of e-commerce integrity,the role and reasons of the Hangzhou Municipal Government in the construction of e-commerce integrity,the experience of foreign local governments in the construction of e-commerce integrity,and the improvement of local governments Policy recommendations for the role in the construction of e-commerce integrity.Through research,it is found that the Hangzhou Municipal Government has promoted the construction of e-commerce integrity by giving play to the role of government organizations,coordinated supervision,governance of integrity and chaos,and boosting the steady development of the industry.At the same time,the Hangzhou Municipal Government is also facing some difficulties in its role in the construction of e-commerce integrity.The main manifestations are: e-commerce untrustworthy supervision is not in place,e-commerce untrustworthy supervision is small,e-commerce untrustworthy supervision is lagging,and e-commerce untrustworthy supervision There are many mechanism problems.The main reasons for these problems are: e-commerce integrity supervision concept is lagging behind,e-commerce integrity enforcement is not strict,e-commerce integrity monitoring and early warning are not in place,e-commerce integrity supervision talent shortage,etc.After reviewing the role and experience of local governments in Frankfurt,Germany,and Tokyo,Japan in e-commerce integrity construction,it is found that we can increase the allocation of e-commerce integrity construction supervision resources,strictly enforce e-commerce integrity enforcement,and increase e-commerce integrity supervision and monitoring.Early warning and strengthening the construction of e-commerce integrity supervision teams provide support for the improvement of the local government’s role in the construction of e-commerce integrity.
