| Law enforcement quality assessment is an important way to evaluate the status,level and effectiveness of law enforcement.The construction of scientific,systematic and operable administrative law enforcement quality evaluation index system is the basis and core of administrative law enforcement quality evaluation.Grass roots drug supervision is no exception.Based on the methods of Literature Research,interview survey,Delphi method,this paper process to study the construction of the quality evaluation index system of grass-roots Drug Administration,and its application in w-zone.Firstly,the article sets up the target elements of the grass-roots Drug Administration and law enforcement quality evaluation,and on this basis,according to the principle of subjection degree,sifts 40 initially determined indicators,finally,35 indexes of 5 dimensions are determined,and the weight of the indexes is obtained by using the judgment Matrix,which constructs the evaluation index system of the grass-roots Drug Administration and law enforcement quality.Secondly,the quality of Drug Administration and law enforcement in w district is comprehensively evaluated by using the index system.Finally,it puts forward corresponding suggestions to improve the quality of drug administration and law enforcement in w district from the perspectives of law enforcers,the perfection of legal system,the standardized education of those who have been subjected to law enforcement,and the improvement of law enforcement environment,including strengthening the building of drug regulatory and law enforcement teams,enhancing the ability of risk assessment,introducing preventive regulation,improving system construction,improving the efficiency of public opinion response,giving full play to the positive role of the media in supervision,and increasing the disclosure of drug regulatory information,mobilize the public’s enthusiasm for participation. |
