The grass-roots cadres of the towns and villages are themselves a strong force for our party and the people to build a new modern socialist countryside with Chinese characteristics.They are the specific executors of implementing the relevant policies,laws and regulations of the party and the state,and they are also the exercisers of public power closest to the people.On behalf of the party and the country to perform administrative duties,the work ability and level of township cadres play an important role in promoting township and rural reform and development.With the proposal of the rural revitalization strategy,the party and the state have put forward higher goals and requirements for the work ability of township cadres.Through the establishment of a sound cadre performance appraisal management system,speed up the building of a team of township cadres like steel,that is,in accordance with the strategic goals and work requirements of building a strong army and fighting tough battles,strengthen the performance management of the township cadre team,and focus on speeding up the building of a team Support an iron army of township cadres who are full of vitality,clean and self-disciplined,dare to take responsibility,and stand firm.In the context of the strategy of promoting rural revitalization,how to optimize the existing performance appraisal system for township cadres,and conduct more scientific,rigorous,objective and comprehensive performance appraisal for township cadres,so as to make the performance appraisal of township cadres respond Some incentives,improve the efficiency and enthusiasm of township cadres,and increase the satisfaction of the masses of township cadres.To achieve these goals,in-depth research is needed.In the context of China’s implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,this article,based on the general requirements of the rural revitalization strategy,takes PJ County as an example.Through interviews with the leaders of the PJ County County Party Committee and relevant personnel of the County Party Committee Organization Department,this article conducts research on township cadres in some towns and towns of PJ County.Collective or individual seminars,questionnaires and other forms,field surveys of the work performance evaluation status of township cadres in PJ County,analysis of the problems existing in the work performance evaluation system of township cadres in PJ County,and analysis of rural revitalization strategies using the DEMATEL method model Under the background,the key influencing factors of the work performance evaluation of township cadres,such as: rural economic growth,comprehensive social governance,public service quality,infrastructure project construction,etc.,on this basis,this paper proposes to optimize the work of township cadres in PJ County Countermeasures of performance evaluation system.
