| Children are the future of the motherland.Under the background of the regional anti-poverty victory,the country will focus on the improvement of the survival and development quality of poor children.But people often discuss the future of "poor children" from the wrong premise: children from poor families are often seen as the opposite of some kind of "ordinary family children",or assume that the risk of poor children stems from the low-level socioeconomic status of their families.If this sketch analysis is correct,then more likely that the risk of poor children is not only the family economy,or family inside and outside the multidimensional social risk within the scope of large changes successively formed,the consequences of coexistence,with initiative of individual attitude towards poverty and choice also occupies a place.At the same time,influenced by the dual structure of urban and rural areas,the governance effect of urban and rural poor children in China also tends to be dual.Compared with the research results of rural poor children obtained from CNKI,the governance research of urban poor children has improved the quality and expanded the capacity.Compared with rural areas,the urban regional population heterogeneity is stronger,and the gap between the rich and the poor is significant.With the developed urbanization comes the "side effects" such as multiple alienation,secrecy and uncontrollability of social risks.The urban poor children living in them are undoubtedly the vulnerable bearers in the context of modern risk and poverty.Under the double pressure,the risk factors in the growth process of this group are easy to be urged,thus hindering the healthy growth of children.The study of social risk problems of urban poor children from the perspective of risk society has suitable theoretical advantages and specific connotation of The Times.On the premise of comprehensive review of risk social theory,this study tries to summarize "risk survival","risk identification","risk mechanism","and" risk avoidance " as the theoretical framework of this paper.Taking an old community in Tianjin as the investigation point,selecting 12 poor children as the research subject to collect the survival status,family economy,health care,education culture,safety protection.Through the further analysis of the reality of urban poor children and risk,extract the intergenerational of psychological risk,ability of poverty risk,rejection risk,marginalized risk four main types of social risk,and risk social theory as an explanatory tool,from the cultural social risk,institutional social risk,organizational social risk explore the inner mechanism of urban poor children social risk.The study found that with the growth of urban poor children,a variety of social risks develop for a long time,which is not conducive to the improvement of the risk resistance ability of this group.Based on this,this research tries to put forward action strategies to prevent and defuse social risks of urban poor children from the aspects of system innovation,establishing responsible government,strengthening risk compound governance and risk education,so as to improve the anti-risk ability of the subject,and then promote the high-quality development of social risk governance of urban poor children. |
