Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Police Practical Skills Training In J City Public Security Bureau

Under the new historical conditions,China’s economy and society have developed by leaps and bounds,and the domestic and foreign situations are also undergoing intricate and complex changes.However,the social security is still in a very serious situation.As such,under the new situation,the public security work is facing greater challenges,which puts forward higher requirements for public security education and training work.The optimization of police practical skills training is the most important measure to crack the working problems and achieve innovative development.Based on the above-mentioned practical background,based on the effectiveness and contradictory problems of police combat skills training in Public Security Bureau of J city in recent years,some possible problems of police combat skills training were discovered through theoretical analysis.Furthermore,on the basis of questionnaire analysis and other forms,it was found that the factors influencing the efficacy of police officers’ skills combat training roughly include police skills training design,instructor quality,organizational support,training venue and learning management.On this basis,according to the status of the problem,and proposed from the overall to plan and grasp the police combat skills training model,to carry out scientific training design and refined skills training process management in the system,and optimize the police skills combat training security measures,etc..In conclusion,this paper optimizes the process of police combat skills training through the idea of problem formulation-problem analysis-countermeasure solution to further enhance the training effect of police combat skills training.
