| At present,our country is in the "Internet +" and "the era of big data environment,information technology is closely connected with all the work is more and more,the advent of the era of the Internet and information technology to the forms and methods of the grass-roots tax department management work has brought great changes,and this requires every tax civil servants at the grass-roots level in business knowledge,the ability of information technology to improve,and now the tax knowledge aging facing the grass-roots tax department,work skills,cannot adapt to the information demand,problems such as digital management work pressure for tax department puts forward the new challenges.Therefore,in the face of the current situation,we should actively solve the problem of work stress management of civil servants in grass-roots tax departments in our country,and further improve the level of work stress management of grass-roots tax departments.This paper takes the grass-roots tax department in J District,T City as an example,takes cognitive interaction,person-environment matching,and work stress management as the theoretical basis,adopts case analysis method,individual interview method and questionnaire survey method to conduct investigation and data analysis on the work stress management of civil servants in tax department in J District,T City.Through the analysis and summary of the T city J district tax department pressure management in the tax environment,organization and management work and tax civil servants themselves three aspects of the problems,and the causes of the problems are analyzed,put forward to solve the grass-roots departments of civil servants work pressure management countermeasures.The innovation of this article,it is through the investigation and study,the discovery of exploratory work environment,post rank promotion situation and is influenced by education degree is the grass-roots tax department main factors of work stress management of civil servant,especially in 2020,the tax authorities carry out the policies of the parallel job ranks in the civil service,has a profound influence on the tax authorities stress management ability level;Second,from the perspective of pressure management,this paper,taking the tax department in District J as an example,finds out the stress management problems of the grass-roots tax department,analyzes the existing problems,and finally puts forward the measures to solve the problems,so as to make the research on work stress management more representative and feasible.Standing in the perspective of the grass-roots tax department,the paper provides suggestions and suggestions for the management of the civil servants in the tax department of China. |
