| Marx and Engels’ s conception of mass history has a key significance in the history of the development of Marxism and is an important part of the basic principles of Marxism.The masses of the people are the cornerstone of social development and the soil of Marxist theory.With the unprecedented major changes in the world pattern in the past century,the advanced nature of Marxism has become more obvious,and Marx and Engels’ concept of mass history is a scientific summary of the important role of the masses of the people.This article is based on Marx and Engels’ s original book "The Holy Family,or a critique of critical criticism." Refuting Bruno Powell and his partners" and "German Ideology",through the analysis and discussion of the views in the original work,expound the basic logic and ideological connotation of Marx and Engels’ s concept of mass history.First of all,this article analyzes the ideological germination and theoretical basis of the mass concept of history from the early thought of Marx and Engels,one is the historical foundation laid for the formation of the mass concept of history in the period of the establishment of the capitalist mode of production,the second is the ideological and theoretical basis embodied in Marx’s defense of the interests of the masses in the Rhine period,and the third is Engels’ s examination of the situation of the British working class.Secondly,this article analyzes and discusses Marx and Engels’ criticism of speculative idealism and heroic view of history in "The Holy Family",and conducts in-depth exploration of the ideological prototype of the mass view of history in "Holy Family",summarizes the views of the original work,points out the essence of history,the role of the masses,and affirms the significance of relying on practice in thought.Third,this article takes the "realistic individual" in "German Ideology" as the starting point and foothold,comprehensively reveals the development significance of the mass view of history,confirms the status of the people as the main body in the development of social history,and comprehensively expounds the connotation and rationale of Marx and Engels’ s mass view of history.Finally,through the study and exploration of the national conditions of contemporary China,the status and guiding role of the theoretical value of the mass concept of history in China’s social practice are revealed,which is conducive to upholding and developing the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and points out that the Communist Party of China is a great practitioner of Marx and Engels’ s concept of mass history.The nature and purpose of the Communist Party of China have comprehensively implemented the basic viewpoint of the mass concept of history,and the mass viewpoint and mass line of the Communist Party of China have been implemented in a down-to-earth manner in the course of a century of development.In the new era,our party will continue to implement the theoretical positioning and practical measures of Marx and Engels’ s concept of mass history and continue to practice the new people-centered development concept;first,to lay the material foundation for common prosperity in order to continue to vigorously develop the socialist market economy;second,to actively build socialist democratic politics and realize the real people’s mastery;third,to focus on promoting social construction to ensure and improve people’s livelihood.The innovation of this paper is to start from the philosophical starting point of history,follow the logic of historical development,clarify the key role of the masses of the people through the original work of Marx and Engels,and systematically discuss and study the theoretical preparation,formation and development of the mass view of history and how to improve it in Chinese practice. |
