Study On Urban Community Governance Of L Street In Q County

Urban community is the basic unit of the city,and it is the most basic organizational form for the city to realize effective governance and service.The effective governance of urban communities is related to the living experience and well-being of urban residents in China,which is powerful to enhance community cohesion,consolidate the foundation of national governance and mass foundation,and meet the people’s livelihood needs and service needs.In recent years,with the rapid development and progress of Chinese economy and society,urban community governance has gradually developed,the organizational structure has been gradually improved,the autonomy efficiency has been continuously stimulated,the socialization and industrialization of service has been continuously expanded,and urban communities have gradually become the bridge and link to promote the communication between residents,the government and society.However,in the city,the old and new formats are distributed alternately,resident structure and governance focus are complex and diverse,There are many old communities in the old city,and the basic task of governance is arduous.New urban areas have diversified new formats and high service demand standards for residents.Urban communities are shouldering unprecedented governance pressure,especially the construction of small and medium-sized cities is relatively lagging behind,which can not meet the growing service needs of the masses.It requires us to conduct in-depth analysis and research on urban community governance problems,and strive to explore solutions to problems,so as to promote the effective governance of urban communities.Based on the above objectives and ideas,according to the public governance theory,collaborative governance theory and other theories,this paper used literature research,investigation,interviews and other methods,started from defining related concepts,selects L Street in Q City as a research specimen,and studied its urban community governance problems and practical measures.Through the study of L Street existing problems,in-depth analysis of its urban community governance and the causes of the old problems,combing its reform measures and governance methods,and a brief analysis of its effectiveness,and then put forward the next improvement measures.Research shows that,in the urban community governance of L Street in Q City,there are many problems,such as unreasonable management system,insufficient role of governance subject,insufficient co-construction,governance and sharing,etc.L Street is based on the reality,boldly innovates,makes precise policies for existing problems,strengthens work force,innovates work measures,promotes the reform of urban community system,and greatly improves the ability and level of community governance.In the next step,L Street needs to further rationalize the management system,clarify the boundaries of powers and responsibilities,optimize grid services,improve the level of residents’ autonomy,and strive to form a working pattern of co-construction,governance and sharing.Explore effective solutions from the perspective of policy improvement and measure innovation,realize effective governance of urban communities,provide more path choices and method references for effective governance of other urban communities and modernization of grass-roots governance,and promote the continuous improvement of modernization level of social governance.
