Research On Foreigners’ Right To Social Security

The world is not isolated.Driven by community with a shared future for mankind,countries around the world are increasingly connected,and with the strengthening of China’s comprehensive strength and global talent competition,China should be more proactive,open and confident to create a better environment for opening up to the outside world.China has accepted more and more foreigners,how to protect the rights of these foreigners? How to undertake classification safeguard to them? Is the problem that we need to solve now.It is true that applying social security laws to foreigners comes at a cost.However,this issue is not only about international human rights,more importantly,it can serve as a favorable condition to attract foreigners to live and work in China.Academic research on the social security rights of foreigners should be prepared for the future,so that China can participate in shaping the new global order and maintain a leading competitive advantage,which is also the responsibility of our big country.Domestic scholars on the social security rights of foreigners mostly focus on the constitutional rights of foreigners,the discussion of social security rights,and put forward the basis of foreigners enjoy constitutional rights,and then put forward the theory of whether foreigners enjoy constitutional rights of a country.The research on the right of social security mainly focuses on the concept,content,existing system and its establishment and improvement.At present,there are few studies on foreigners’ social security rights in China.The full text consists of five chapters.Chapter one mainly writes the introduction,introduces the significance of this research,and analyzes the current situation of relevant research in China,three research methods and their innovations.The second chapter mainly interprets the definition of foreigners,the right to social security,and the relationship between the right to social security and adjacent rights,then analyzes the types of foreigners’ right to social security,and finally lists the basis and value of ensuring foreigners to enjoy the right to social security.The third chapter mainly talks about the current system and deficiencies of foreigners’ social security right in China.The content includes the right to social security enjoyed by foreigners and what policies China has,then give examples for specific analysis,and finally point out the shortcomings.This part of the fourth chapter mainly introduces some institutional experience and reference of foreigners’ right to social security in foreign countries,including the United States,Germany,Japan and so on.The fifth chapter mainly writes about the improvement of China’s system of foreigners’ social security right.
