Freedom of the speech is one of the constitutional rights of citizens,The Internet provides a new platform for freedom of speech, which makes people’s freedom of the speech ever more convenient. Internet freedom of speech is not only the way of language expresion, but also the expresion of thought emotion, It has an irreplaceable important role in democracy, the realization of personal value, the improvement of knowledge and social healthy and stable development,and these values are realized by the freedom thought, information and feelings. In this paper, a case is introduced into the topic of freedom of speech, through analysis its value to illustrate the importance of Internet speak freedom for people.Internet freedom of speech need be fully protected, and every citizen can enjoy the benefit of this right. But this freedom also has limited,when people perform the Internet freedom right of speech,they must be certain restrictions,and shouldn’t abuse the rights. This article discussed several kinds of charges about Internet freedom right of speech from the criminal law and civil law,and then clarify which Internet freedom right of speech should be protect,which should be limited.
