Research On The Optimization Of Social Support For Urban Integration Of Migrant Workers In New Industry

Booming new industry formats have spawned a large number of new industry types of migrant workers in China.However,because it has the dual identity of flexible employment and migrant workers,unfavorable factors such as vague labor relations and low stability make it more difficult for new industry format migrant workers to integrate into cities.In this context,this thesis attempts to optimize the social support for migrant workers in the process of integrating new forms of industry into cities through research,and actively promote their integration into cities.First of all,this thesis sorts out the relevant literature,gives the definition of the core concept in the real situation,then puts forward the research hypothesis and design,and determines that the dependent variable is the urban integration（political,economic,social,cultural and psychological integration）of migrant workers in new formats,and the independent variable is The social support（government support,community support,enterprise support,relatives and friends support）of migrant workers in the new industry format is controlled by personal factors.Secondly,through SPSS24.0,the validity,descriptive statistics and correlation analysis of the valid questionnaires are carried out,and regression analysis is carried out according to the calculation results of the scores of urban integration and social support.Finally,the conclusions of the empirical analysis are as follows: First,in the process of urban integration of migrant workers with new forms of industry,cultural and psychological integration is the best,and economic integration is poor;second,the comprehensive social support of migrant workers in new forms of industry is low,and the score of enterprise support is the lowest.,and relatives and friends support relatively well;third,the impact of individual characteristics on the urban integration of migrant workers in new formats is different,and the number of years in the city is significantly positively correlated with urban integration,but gender,age,and education have no impact on it;third Fourth,government support,community support,enterprise support,and support from relatives and friends have a significant positive impact on the integration of new forms of migrant workers into cities.Based on the above empirical analysis conclusions,this thesis proposes the following social support optimization suggestions from the perspective of the main body of social support: First,optimize government support,improve integration security,mainly increase political participation,strengthen employment care,improve the convenience of government affairs,and improve follow-up relocation.Children’s education is guaranteed and housing problems are alleviated;the second is to optimize community support,broaden integration channels,and promote the integration of migrant workers into the city by improving community environment construction,increasing community recreational activities,and increasing the enthusiasm of community staff;third,optimizing corporate support,To enable urban integration,companies especially need to guarantee their salaries and benefits,strengthen work-related injury protection measures,and improve job stability;the fourth is to optimize the support of relatives and friends,create a good atmosphere,give full play to the emotional support of family members,broaden the breadth of social interaction,and draw closer to the industry.distance.It is hoped that through the above optimization suggestions,the new type of migrant workers can be better integrated into the city.
