At present, with the increasingly severe situation of aging population in China, the number of disabled elderly is increasing day by day.At the same time, due to the trend that China's family structure toward miniaturization, coring and empty-nest,the traditional family model is no longer able to take on the responsibility of long-term care for the disabled elderly, and the community, institutions and other social care services have not yet formed a stable supply pattern.Against the background, the contradiction between supply and demand of long-term care services for the disabled elderly is sharp. The whole society should pay attention to it and search for reasonable solutions. In view of this, this paper attempts to study the willingness of disabled elderly to select long-term care mode and its influencing factors, and analyze the development trend of long-term care mode selection of disabled elderly to provide some suggestions and theoretical support for better construction of a suitable long-term care mode system.Based on the purpose of this study, and on the basis of literature review and analysis, firstly, descriptive statistical analysis was made on the selected disabled elderly by using the data of CLHLS in 2014.And summarized the basic situation and the basic characteristics of mode selection intention from the perspectives of ADL disability rates,IADL disability rates, living conditions, care providers and long-term care mode selection, care cost commitment.Secondly, the factors that may influence the choice of long-term care mode for disabled elderly in CLHLS database in 2014 are analyzed are summarized as three factors: personal, family and social characteristics.Based on these factors,a logistic regression model is constructed and relevant research hypothesis are made;thirdly, the variables to be used are assigned, and the selected data are analyzed by logistic regression using SPSS software. The parameters that significantly affect the choice of long-term care mode for disabled elderly are estimated. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the conclusion of the study on the choice intention of long-term care mode for disabled elderly. The empirical results show that the disabled elderly are willing to choose traditional family care mode. These disabled elderly generally are characterized by good attitude of primary caregivers, having spouse, low educational level, mild disability, willing to live with children, female and total family income in the first 50%(low and lower)of the lower income level. The disabled elderly who are characterized by bad attitude of primary caregivers, absence of spouses, high educated, moderate disabled, willing to live alone, and the total income level of the family is between 50% and 75%,namely,the wealthier disabled elderly tend to select the long-term home care mode.Compared with the long-term home care mode, the disabled elderly with severe disability and superior economic conditions tend to choose the long-term institutional care mode.Based on the theoretical results of the dynamic development of long-term care service mode selection for disabled elderly, from the perspective of long-term sustainable development, the next step in the future is to focus on strategic adjustment and gradually improve the supply of long-term care services. This paper suggests that we should improve the long-term care service ability of disabled elderly families, pay attention to the development of community long-term care service for disabled elderly, and improve the long-term care service system for disabled elderly.Especially under the policy goal of "universal benefit" for the aged,we should take full use of social forces under the premise that government will bail out the poverty disabled elderly. To form a joint force to meet the rapid developed,multi-level,multi-dimensional and diverse needs for long-term care services of the disabled elderly.
