Study On Supply And Demand Of Smart Community Old-age Service ——A Case Study Of Pingcheng District,Datong City

The aggravation of the aging of the population,making the pension topic continues to heat up.With the rapid development of intelligent information technology,the emergence of Smart community breaks through the disadvantages of traditional pension mode,provides new ideas for solving pension problems,effectively meets the increasingly diverse needs of the elderly for the elderly,and promotes the construction of an age-friendly society in China.But at present,the Smart community old-age service project in China is not fully mature,and there are still some problems in the supply and demand of services.Research on this issue can effectively promote the development and improvement of Smart community pension service system,and provide a new direction for the elderly to enjoy more intimate and comfortable pension service.This paper makes a field investigation in Pingcheng District,Datong City,and analyzes the role of the government,enterprises,social organizations,communities and other supply subjects,the composition of the service team,the basic situation of supply facilities,and the scope and content of elderly care services in Smart community elderly care services by visiting service centers,elderly care headquarters,community service stations and relevant staff.Select typical communities for in-depth investigation,design a questionnaire based on Kano model,divide the demand results of the interviewed elderly according to the four elements of necessity,expectation,charm and no difference,and study the demand of different elderly care services.The impact of various service items on the satisfaction of the elderly is calculated by better worse coefficient.Using the theory of supply and demand adaptability,this paper analyzes the correlation,adaptability,accessibility and the quality of supply and demand of elderly care services in smart communities in this area,and finds that it has the characteristics of strong adaptability of smart mobile devices,high accessibility of service qualifications,high quality of service content,insufficient total supply of high demand services,unbalanced supply among projects,poor communication,low affordability and lack of service professionalism.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions with popularization significance: broaden the content of intelligent services,promote the intelligent elderly care model,expand the intelligent talent team,and clarify the division of labor of supply subjects.
