Study On The Path And Strategy Of Digital Economy For Rural Revitalization In Minority Areas Of Guangdong Provinc

In the report to the 19th CPC National Congress,the Party innovatively put forward the rural revitalization strategy with Chinese characteristics,pointing out the direction for the work related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era.In recent years,with the extensive penetration of digital economy into various fields,digital technology is changing people’s way of life and becoming a new engine to realize resource integration and economic development.Due to the constraints of their own development conditions,minority areas tend to over-rely on resource endowment to develop economy,and the way of rural revitalization is subject to many restrictions.To some extent,digital technology has opened up a new development path for rural revitalization.Guangdong minority areas are weak areas in economic development of Guangdong Province,so it is the only way to promote the rural revitalization of minority areas and play an important role in the coordinated development of Guangdong.The era of digital economy brings new opportunities for rural revitalization.The study of digital economy’s role in rural revitalization can broaden the research horizon of economic development in ethnic minority areas and explore new paths for rural revitalization in ethnic minority areas.Firstly,from the perspective of theoretical research,this paper clarifies and reviews relevant concepts and existing literature on rural revitalization,digital economy and rural agricultural development,rural revitalization in ethnic areas and rural revitalization in Guangdong ethnic areas.Secondly,the digital economy and the research boundary of Guangdong ethnic regions are clarified.Secondly,it analyzes the mechanism of the digital economy to help rural revitalization in detail to make theoretical preparation for the following analysis and research.In reviewing countries and guangdong province rural revitalization policy development context,on the basis of based on relevant statistical data,literature data and field survey materials of guang dong nationality area,analyzing the present situation and problems of rural revitalization especially selected representative even south yao autonomous county as a specific case carries on detailed analysis,study the pingnan the foundation of the development of digital economy and short board.Then,on this basis,the paper explores the impact of digital economy on rural revitalization in Guangdong minority areas,and conducts SWOT analysis.Finally,according to the above analysis results,the corresponding path and strategy suggestions are put forward for the digital economy to help the rural revitalization of Guangdong ethnic areas.The path is considered from the aspects of industrial digitalization and digital rural governance,and the research strategies and suggestions are proposed from five aspects: investment in digital infrastructure construction,industrial upgrading and cultivation,digital talent cultivation,integrated development level of digital economy application,and multi-governance of rural areas by digital technology.At present,the academic research on digital economy and rural revitalization is mainly from the macro research at the national level,and the research on digital technology to help rural revitalization in ethnic minority areas is relatively weak,let alone the special research on ethnic minority areas in Guangdong Province.The innovation of this paper lies in: first,combining with the background of digital economy,focusing on the development of rural revitalization in guangdong ethnic areas;Second,through the method of field investigation,the case study of the status quo of rural revitalization in Liannan County,a representative ethnic area in Guangdong province;Thirdly,it is of practical significance to study the practice mode of rural revitalization in minority areas of Guangdong to realize the coordinated development of rural revitalization in Guangdong.
