| Since 2009,China has entered an graying society by the progress of urbanization and the leap progress in science and technology.There are two significant characteristics,the continuous growth of population life expectancy and the change of family structure.Therefore,the traditional way of home-based elderly care is gradually difficult to adapt to the speed of China’s aging.In order to positively respond to the aged tendency of population,the government and all sectors of society actively explore the elderly care service model suitable for China’s national conditions."Actively respond to the population aging" has firstly become a national strategy in 2020,and propose the implementation of the healthy China strategy in an all-round way.In recent years,China will usher in the fast development stage of aging,with the rapid growth of the amount of elderly in single-child families.At this time,individual and family problems will be transformed into group and social problems,The pension of one-child families will become a huge challenge.As China’s largest economic center city,Shanghai’s permanent population carrying capacity is increasing,the number of local and foreign permanent elderly population is rising,and the phenomenon of "longevity" is further deepened,which also brings great pressure to the pension problem in Shanghai.In 2000,Shanghai took the lead in piloting home-based elderly care services to extend the function of home-based elderly care to the community,but the problem of eating is still the crucial issue for the elderly in Shanghai.In order to alleviate the difficulty of eating and cooking for the elderly,a community catering service point for the elderly has been set up in Shanghai since 2006 to explore new ways to solve the dietary problems of the elderly.By 2008,Shanghai will take the establishment of community catering service points for the elderly as a practical project of the municipal government,and initially try to promote catering services on a large scale to provide catering services for more elderly people.After more than ten years of development,the number of assisted meals in operation has reached more than 1000,providing convenience for more elderly people,and the elderly assisted meal service in Shanghai has gradually matured.As the main place of food service,the service quality of elderly food service points directly influences the living quality of the elderly.Based on this,this paper aims to explore the optimization path to improve the elderly catering service in Shanghai.There are seven chapters.The first two chapters mainly provide summaries of the background and implications of this research,and elaborate the concept of elderly meal assistance service and the two theories mainly applied in this paper.The third chapter introduces the background,policy status and catering service system of the development of catering services in Shanghai,and selects the elderly catering service in Changning District as the case research object.Combined with questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview,it makes a field survey on the regional catering services,in order to comprehensively understand the development status of catering services for the elderly in Shanghai.There are some problems and the reasons being settled in practice of catering services for the elderly in the fourth chapter,including the supplying-demanding mismatching in the construction of catering services,the service quality to be improved,and the inactive participation of social forces,and analyzes the reasons.The fifth chapter describes the advantages of the development of buffet service in Tokyo,Hangzhou and Beijing,and analyzes the reference for the further development of catering service for the elderly in Shanghai.According to the analysis of problems and combined with theory and practice,the sixth chapter puts forward feasible paths to improve the development of catering service in Shanghai,that is,reasonable integration of resources,strengthening personalized service,strengthening policy guidance,reinforcing team construction and improving monitoring system.The end of this paper incorporates the peroration,which is a summary based on the previous research on buffet service. |
