| Lenin’s indoctrination theory,as the basic theory to promote the dissemination of socialist theory in our country and guide the ideological work of the people,has played an important role in the practice of ideological and political education in our country.However,with the continuous development of the times,the former ideological and political education environment and practice form have also changed accordingly.Therefore,the academic circles have debated on the theoretical positioning and practical significance of Lenin’s indoctrination theory in my country’s ideological and political education,and have disagreements on the role of Lenin’s "indoctrination theory" in the practical process.Based on the existing research results,this paper systematically studies the role of Lenin’s indoctrination theory in the practice of ideological and political education in our country.On the basis of a complete sorting out and deep excavation of the theoretical roots,the role of Lenin’s "indoctrination theory" in ideological and political education is reasonably positioned,and the basic connotation of Lenin’s indoctrination theory as a "method" is clarified.The article mainly studies three aspects: First,criticize the misunderstanding of "Lenin’s Indoctrination Theory".The second is to reasonably position the role of Lenin’s "indoctrination theory" in the practice of ideological and political education.The third is to explore the practical path of ideological and theoretical indoctrination in the new era.Firstly,it criticizes the misinterpretation of "Lenin’s Indoctrination Theory".Throughout the academic circles against the view that Lenin’s indoctrination theory is used as a method,there are mainly the following reasons behind it.One is the misinterpretation of the concept of indoctrination.Since the book "What to Do" was translated from Russian to Chinese,there was a misunderstanding in translating the concept of "indoctrination".The second is due to the influence of Western indoctrination critical theory,which confuses Lenin’s indoctrination theory with Western indoctrination critical theory.Third,due to the influence of the theory of indoctrination outdated,he was only willing to apply Lenin’s "indoctrination theory" as a "ideological principle" and was unwilling to use Lenin’s "indoctrination theory" as a "method".Thus,the article discusses the logical dilemma behind a series of arguments against Lenin’s indoctrination of theory as a "method" from the perspective of theoretical texts,real-world practice,and etymological development.We must realize that while acknowledging Lenin’s indoctrination theory as a basic principle for carrying out ideological and political education,we must also recognize that in the process of practice,we avoid talking about specific issues at the "methodological" level,and only talk about ideas in isolation The importance of "principles" will not only make the theory empty and one-sided,but also make the theory lose its guiding significance for practice.Secondly,it defines the concept of Lenin’s indoctrination theory as a "method",corrects the role of
