Research On The Group Of Model Workers In Shanghai Textile Industry （1949-1959）

Workers and their spirit is the advanced model of reinsurance,and the promotion of model workers’ spirit is the noble quality and professional sentiment that the people of all nationalities should pursue in the new era.Shanghai textile industry from "mother industry" to "pillar industry",after the founding of new China emerged a large number of model workers.This paper studies the formation,characteristics and spirit of model workers in Shanghai textile industry from 1949 to 1959 with marxist view of labor as theoretical support,aiming at inheriting and carrying forward the spirit of model workers and promoting the great cause of rejuvenation of The Chinese nation in the new era.This paper consists of three sections.First of all,the whole process of the birth and formation of textile model workers is presented on the paper by summarizing the previous Shanghai model workers’ conferences and advanced producers’ conferences in 1950 s.Secondly,comb in the 1950 s after the Shanghai textile industry labor model group formation,put the group in Shanghai in the process of the development of textile industry in the 1950 s,the new democratic revolution victory to the socialist transformation and construction of history,industry status and age of the deep flipping years in their physical and mental impressions,condensed in their physical and mental qualities,Through the in-depth analysis of typical model workers,it further reveals the characteristics of model workers shaped by the tortuous historical process and the fierce spirit of The Times in the 1950 s.Finally,through the in-depth thinking of the phased change and invariance of the characteristics of model workers,the spirit of model workers contained in it is summarized and sublimated,and The Times significance of inheriting and carrying forward the spirit of model workers is clarified in connection with the reality of the new era.The passionate years of the 1950 s shaped the unique spirit of The Times and the spirit of model workers.In spite of the passage of time and the change of times,the spirit of model workers in Shanghai textile industry in the early 1950 s of the founding of new China will not be lost because of the change of times.Today,as socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,we need to carry forward the spirit of model workers of new China.
