| In our country,basic-level civil servants occupy an important position and play an important role in the entire civil service system.In a sense,they are representatives of the government’s image.They communicate directly with the people in their daily work and exercise the power that the people give them.Their professionalism and professional performance directly affect the efficiency of the government and the government’s performance.The overall image among the people.With the continuous development of our society,more and more young people have entered the ranks of grassroots civil servants and become the backbone of them.However,with the continuous increase of the responsibilities of young civil servants at the grassroots level,the accompanying job burnout has gradually attracted people’s attention.This article takes the grassroots young civil servants of Xintai City as the research object.Based on the in-depth reading of the literature,it is based on the resource preservation theory,the job matching theory,the ERG theory,and the questionnaire survey method,the comparative research method and the data analysis method.Form in-depth study of the current situation of the job burnout of young civil servants in Xintai City,and use SPSS 23.0 software to perform statistical analysis and processing of the data.The data processing results show that the young civil servants in Xintai City are both in the overall dimension and from the emotional exhaustion of job burnout.The three dimensions of dimensionality,depersonalization,and low sense of accomplishment all show moderate job burnout,and the degree of job burnout also shows significant differences in different demographic variables.The data processing results also show that personal factors,family factors,organizational factors,social factors,and work factors are important factors that affect the job burnout of young civil servants at the grassroots level in Xintai City,and organizational factors are the most critical factor.Based on this,relevant measures are proposed from the five factor levels in order to effectively deal with the job burnout of young civil servants at the grassroots level.This paper takes the young civil servants at the grass-roots level as the research object.At the same time,when exploring the influencing factors of their job burnout,it analyzes the family factors and work factors,which is innovative.On this basis,combined with SPSS analysis software,it fully proves the job burnout of young civil servants at the grass-roots level and the degree of influence of various influencing factors. |
