Over the years,China has maintained rapid economic and social development and made common progress in agriculture,industry,science,technology and culture.Modern people have become accustomed to the fact that their life has become a state of great urgency,fast pace and fierce competition.We can't evaluate whether this kind of development and change is good or bad,but there is no doubt that modern society as a whole feels the pressure of survival and life has become heavier.Frequent nine-to-five,black-and-white reversal or early morning and late return,so that employees in various industries feel that life is not easy,often exhausted,this bad experience from work gradually evolved into job burnout.Nowadays,the phenomenon of job burnout is becoming more and more common.It exists in all walks of life.Its coverage has been quietly expanding,and even has become an invisible killer of people's health.The so-called "iron rice bowl" and "idle post" which we pay attention to are not excluded.Township civil servants are particularly prominent.They strive for the "front line" at the grass-roots level and play an important role in the implementation of social governance.They are required to deal with all kinds of difficulties and miscellaneous matters.The task is quite arduous.However,they are not only under great pressure and heavy burden,but also with low income and low status.They are all dramatic in Contemporary society in terms of personal value,family understanding,organizational care and social recognition.Being a disadvantaged group which is totally contrary to the past,such a complex and pluralistic work situation makes it easier for township civil servants to produce job burnout.Township civil servants seem to be a small screw is insignificant,once the ideological crisis,poor working conditions,but it is a trigger to move the whole body.Their job burnout will reduce their work efficiency and quality,even affect the initiative and initiative of their officers to start a business.Some of them may also produce depression,affecting the overall working atmosphere and personnel stability.At present,many township civil servants' passive idleness,evasion of work tasks,resignation and entrepreneurship,abandonment of civil servant status and admission to urban public institutions are good examples.Therefore,it is particularly important to investigate and study the major issue of influencing factors of township civil servants' occupational burnout,and strive to find out the internal and external causes of this phenomenon through research.In order to solve the efficiency dilemma caused by people in rural rejuvenation caused by job burnout,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures to solve the current problem from the source,constructs new ideas and opens up a new situation.
