Research On The Innovation Of Police Grid Management In Yizhou District,Hami City

As a typical representative of frontier ethnic areas,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region has a complex development environment different from that of inland provinces,and has long been endangered by the "three evil forces"（religious extremist forces,ethnic separatist forces,and violent terrorist forces）.After the "July5th Incident" broke out,the government of the autonomous region continued to explore new models of social governance.According to the actual situation of social prevention and control,the grid management mode of police affairs was promoted throughout Xinjiang,and a police affairs system with grid police stations as the carrier was formed.The actual combat system has achieved outstanding results in countering terrorism and maintaining stability.With the continuous development of the economy and society and the improvement of the stability maintenance situation year by year,on the basis of adhering to the high-pressure situation of anti-terrorism and stability maintenance,the grid police began to gradually develop in the direction of convenient services,transforming the previous extensive and single daily police reception into a Intensive and meticulous police management,while closely weaving an anti-terrorism and outburst protection net,meets the real needs of the general public for social stability.This paper adopts the method of on-the-spot investigation to collect relevant information from Hami Municipal Law Working Committee Grid Management Center,Izhou District Public Security Bureau,Izhou District Grid Patrol Brigade,Izhou District Shi Zhi Office and other departments to understand police affairs.The operation of grid management;in-depth exchanges with members of the grid patrol team,grid management center staff,and community comprehensive management center staff in the form of symposiums,seminars,etc.,to understand the work effectiveness,mental state,occupation planning.Through the research review of domestic theory and practice,this paper analyzes the development of grid policing in Yizhou District,Hami City,finds out the problems existing in the prevention and control of public security under the new situation,analyzes the reasons for the existing problems,and compares the relevant research results at the same time.And practical experience,put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
