Research On Communiticy Grid Management

The community is the cell of the city and the "last mile" of urban governance.The new crown pneumonia epidemic broke out in China at the beginning of 2020.In this new crown pneumonia epidemic,the community has become the front line of national epidemic prevention.The community unit grid based on the grassroots block,as the basic unit for carrying resources,management,and service sinking,has played an important role in the prevention and control of this epidemic with its advantages of "vertical to the end and horizontal to the edge".This is an important starting point for epidemic prevention and control.This paper summarizes the application,existing problems and countermeasures of community grid management before and during the epidemic in PY County,Shandong Province,finds the advantages and weaknesses in grid management,and solves how to mobilize community workers and grid members.Enthusiasm,to achieve win-win cooperation between society and government,and establish a seamless government and service-oriented government.In the research process of this article,the literature analysis method,case analysis method,empirical research method,interview investigation method,questionnaire survey method,and quantitative analysis method are used for research and analysis.Through research,further reveal the problems that exist in the county-level government’s promotion of community grid governance when practitioners use information technology,grid staff,and volunteers to manage the community when responding to public services,public safety,and public management,and It looks forward to the community grid management in the post-epidemic era,and provides practical guidance for the practical departments to adjust and optimize the grid management structure and technology application in a targeted manner,thereby improving the grid management level.Some of the advanced practices discovered in the research can be copied and promoted in other regions.All of these can have a positive impact on the promotion of community governance performance by further advancing county-level community grid management,so as to better meet the people’s growing concerns.A good life needs to enhance the people’s sense of security,happiness and sense of acquisition.The problems and weaknesses found in the research can also arouse the attention of other practitioners,and provide references for county-level government managers to reduce management costs and improve management efficiency.In addition,grid management has played an important role in the prevention and control of community epidemics,greatly releasing social vitality,and realizing two-way interaction between the government and society.At the same time,the epidemic prevention and control work has stimulated the potential of community grid management.Management has been sublimated and perfected in this major examination of epidemic prevention and control,and the level of community grid management has become increasingly mature,which is of great significance to the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities.
