In recent years,the aging of the population has further intensified,the number of empty nests,the elderly,and the disabled have gradually increased,and the demand for escorts has increased.The old-age care work has developed from simple life care at the beginning to a full-fledged professional old-age care service system such as life care,basic medical care,and psychological counseling.Due to the complex work content and the special service target,the professionalization requirements of the elderly care workers are getting higher and higher.The study found that the professionalization of elderly caregivers is an important factor that restricts the quality of elderly care services.Therefore,the paper takes elderly caregivers in elderly care institutions in Anhui Province as the research object,analyzes the factors that affect the professionalization of elderly caregivers,and provides professionalization and promotion of services for elderly caregivers.Quality provides overall ideas and several suggestions.The thesis takes the professionalization of elderly care workers as the research object,uses human capital theory and motivation theory as the theoretical basis,and investigates the five aspects of professional theory,vocational skills,professional attitude,vocational training,and professional management of elderly caregivers,mainly using the following three aspects: Methods: 1.Literature research method.Through the database of articles such as How Net,Chaoxing,Wanfang,and foreign language Glgoo,SCI-HUB search engines,you can search for literature on the professional status of elderly care workers.2.Questionnaire survey method.3.Statistical analysis method.Regression analysis of the collected data is used to obtain factors that affect the occupational theory,occupational skills,occupational attitude,occupational training,and occupational management of elderly care workers.4.Semi-structured interviews.Conduct interviews with nursing staff in nursing homes according to the listed outline.Starting from the four aspects of the professionalization of elderly caregivers,analysis of professionalization of elderly caregivers,analysis of measurement results and influencing factors,and countermeasures for professionalization of elderly caregivers,the professional theory,professional skills and occupation of elderly caregivers are obtained through empirical analysis.Attitudes,vocational training,and occupational management are five dimensions of influencing factors,and then specific countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the influencing factors.Research conclusions: problems such as insufficient occupational theory of elderly care workers,vocational skills to be improved,general occupational attitude,insufficient vocational training,and weak vocational management ability.The reasons are that,firstly,the age structure of elderly care workers is too large,the education level is low,the overall gender ratio is not very professional,and the third is that the management of elderly care institutions is not perfect,and finally the government lacks corresponding policies and regulations.Therefore,the thesis proposes the professional training strategies for elderly care workers from four aspects: perfecting the professional training system,perfecting the policy system,establishing a multi-participation training system,and perfecting the professional supporting system.
