A Practical Study On The Intervention Of Social Work In Elderly Care Institutions

China is a typical country that is not rich and old.Because the family structure is gradually miniaturized and the family pension function is weakened,institutional pension has become the choice of many families.In the study of the services of the aged institutions,it was found that the spiritual needs of the elderly were not met.By changing the traditional concept of institutional pensions with the intervention of social work,we can further meet the spiritual needs of the elderly.Taking the elderly in the M-age care institution as an example,I will study the problems existing in meeting the spiritual needs of the elderly,including the elderly,the family,and the old-age care institutions,and conduct in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems and highlight social work.The feasibility and necessity of intervention,and then under the guidance of professional theories such as social support theory and activity theory,solve the problem that the spiritual needs of the elderly are not satisfied.I mainly use the group work to intervene,and find the problematic team members to intervene in the case during the intervention.Through the mental needs of the elderly who are involved in the M-age care institutions,the spiritual needs of the elderly are basically satisfied.The spiritual needs of the elderly are a long-term concern,and the concerted efforts of all sectors of society are needed.Finally,on the basis of this service,I think about the achievements and shortcomings of social workers' intervention,and hope to further meet the spiritual needs of the elderly in China's old-age care institutions,contribute some social workers to the development of China's old-age care institutions,and provide some scientific research for later scientific research.Learn from the opinions.
