Entrepreneurial activity is the important way to promote the development of a national economy and to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of a country.It’s also the important force to put some hard-won technology progress into realistic productivity.Besides,it’s the important symbol that if a country’s capacity for independent innovation is higher than other countries.As is known to all,entrepreneurial enterprises’ role in the process of a nation’s economy as a whole is more and more important.Especially,college students’ entrepreneurial companies have very broad prospects.As a result,in order to support people’s entrepreneurial activity with specific actions,mainly including support for college students entrepreneurship,our state and government did a lot of effort in recent years,also introduced a lot of relevant policies and services.This can also be better indicators of self-employment in the process of society as a positive force.Now China is in a period of economic transition,and the government has repeatedly put forward the slogan of popular entrepreneurship and innovation,so large number of talents of higher education received should join this wave of start-ups.As one of the most dynamic and creative group in human society,college students’cultural level and skill levels are higher than other groups.As a result,they have greater creativity and entrepreneurial potential.For college students,to choose their own businesses can well solve the problem of their employment,can better understand the team cooperation spirit and can promote the progress and development of the whole society.However,now our country’s college students’ entrepreneurship rate is low,and entrepreneurial success rate is far lower than the average level of developed countries.Among them,the start-up financing problem has become many college students’ challenge.At present,the college students’ start-up financing problem has attracted the attention of the government departments and financial institutions.In this case,the research on this problem has the realistic meaning.Although the state introduced a number of related policies,and banks and other financial institutions and non-financial institutions are also looking for investment and financing innovation,but the current our country’s financing environment is not too ideal,facing a lot of problems which need to improve and perfect eagerly.Of course,the entrepreneurs which are still college students should also learn more,and constantly enhance their ability.Therefore,the financing problem for students’entrepreneurship is still grim.This requires students entrepreneurs,government,financial institutions and the social from all walks of life continue to work together.We hope they can contribute their own strength to reduce the difficulties especially the financing difficulties that college students may encounter in the entrepreneurial process in our country.For college students,to choose their own businesses can quickly improve their practice level,cultivate better psychological level.They also can better understand the team cooperation spirit.At the same time,they can also be more realistic to solve their employment problems.What’s more,college students to choose their own businesses can boost our whole society better going forward.However,there is no denying that the current rate of entrepreneurship of college students in China is relatively low,and our entrepreneurial success rate is much lower than the average level of developed countries.Among them,the start-up financing problem has become a lot of college students the most headache thing.At the same time,the research of the college students’ entrepreneurship in our country,especially in financing research was somewhat less.In other word,the research now basically at the preliminary stage.This degree is not adapted to the rapid development of society and economy,and also does not match with social needs.To do some in-depth study of the financing problem which the entrepreneurs of college students may encounter in the entrepreneurial process is very critical,and is also very urgent.Hope this research can offer the entrepreneurs of college students related help in venture financing,and can also result in the government,society and enterprises to pay more attention to this financing problem and then strengthen the importance to the problem.As a result,it can enhance college students’ overall success rate of entrepreneurship in China and contribute to the overall development of national economy.Entrepreneurial process is a long-term process,and entrepreneurs their own funds are very difficult to meet the needs of the development of entrepreneurship.As a result,entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial enterprises should have a financing plan or program to guide the financing behavior of enterprises.This can ensure that the business enterprise can get continuous investment,and better grow and develop.This paper shows the specific financing history and current situation of Company S which is on behalf of college students’ entrepreneurial companies after studying the background and significance of the entrepreneurial college students in China.It takes Company S as an example to analyze some of the financing problems and the reasons for these problems of the college students’ entrepreneurial companies.Finally,it puts forward some countermeasures to solve these problems.In general,this paper is divided into five chapters.Chapter 1 introduces the research background,the research significance,the research ideas,the research methods and the definition of key concepts of this paper.Chapter 2 mainly sets out some theories about college students’entrepreneurship,including entrepreneurship theory and financing theory.It also analyzes a classic case and related enlightenment.Chapter 3 is about the simple introduction of Company S,and it explains its financing history.Chapter 4 discusses the financing problems and the causes of college students’ entrepreneurship on the basis of Company S’s truth.Chapter 5 puts forward the methods to solve the college students’ the start-up financing problems.In the process,this study will use many relevant research methods,including the method of literature summarizing,investigation method,interview method and other traditional research methods.And it will combine with the research of explorative learning and social investigation of experiential learning,and then make the relevant conclusions.At last,based on the analysis of the results,the study made profound reflection and summary.
