Research On Start-up Financing Problems And Countermeasures Of College Students In Guangzhou

With the gradual popularization of higher education,the number of college graduates keeps rising.In 2018,the number of college graduates in China increased by nearly 5% compared with the same period of the previous year.As a result,more and more college students start their own businesses to make up for the abundant job opportunities.Since 2015,when Premier Li Keqiang put forward the strategy of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation"(hereinafter referred to as "mass entrepreneurship and innovation"),the entrepreneurial environment of college students in China has been improved unprecedenently,and the entrepreneurial tide of college students has reached the highest point of nationwide entrepreneurship.Entrepreneurship of college students is of great significance.It can not only promote China’s economic growth,but also enable continuous technological innovation,survival of the fittest,so as to improve the level of productivity in our country,drive employment through entrepreneurship,and better solve the employment problem of some college students who do not want to start a business.However,with the increase of the number of entrepreneurs,some potential problems gradually emerge,among which the most noteworthy is the problem of start-up capital and financing for college students after starting their own businesses.How to solve this problem has a profound impact on China’s economic development and the construction of a harmonious socialist society.Aiming at this problem,the author has reviewed nearly a hundred literature reviews at home and abroad on the financing of college students’ entrepreneurship.A questionnaire survey was also conducted on 300 college students entrepreneurs who participated in the road show in guangzhou.Finally visited the relevant guangzhou municipal government departments,Banks and other financial institutions.According to the current problems encountered by college students entrepreneurs in the process of financing,this paper,after a lot of empirical research,understands the financing channels they choose and the reasons for financing difficulties.Corresponding Suggestions and measures are put forward from four angles.First,the government and financial institutions: guangzhou municipal government should improve the loan policy for entrepreneurs;Establish innovation and entrepreneurship education model schools and dynamic adjustment mechanism;Vigorously developing venture capital funds to help scientific and technological start-ups;Establish a standardized financial system for college students to start their own business;We will make good use of the advantages of the guangdong-hong kong-macao greater bay area to conduct exchanges on entrepreneurship among college students.Second,colleges and universities should strengthen entrepreneurship education;Establish a scientific and reasonable training system for college students’ entrepreneurial ability.Third,on the social level: I hope that people from all walks of life in the society,no matter for their friends and relatives,or strange entrepreneurs,will recognize and encourage entrepreneurship groups,and create a good social atmosphere.Fourth,college students entrepreneurs: college students entrepreneurs should speed up the pace of reform,standardize corporate governance;Improve the quality of college students entrepreneurs,strengthen their own financing management;College students entrepreneurs need to strengthen self-learning,improve their entrepreneurial quality;College students entrepreneurs need to strengthen the awareness of financing channels,optimize the choice of financing channels.
