| Educational practice is a practical activity of normal students who are teaching in primary and secondary schools.However,due to geographical and time constraints,there is a problem that "students can not get guidance in time".To solve this problem,a university established the MOOC course "Trainee and Internship in Secondary Education".Taking this course as the research object,this paper sets up the MOOC design model with the research perspective of managers,and puts forward 7 strategies.After two rounds of practice,the effectiveness of the strategy is determined through the questionnaire.The study suggests that MOOC can be constructed based on 7 strategies:motivation strategy,evaluation strategy,interaction strategy,supervision strategy,planning strategy,transmission strategy and guidance strategy.Motivation strategy refers to the management team’s use of material rewards to encourage learners.Evaluation strategy refers to how the management team should design the evaluation criteria.Interaction strategy refers to the strategy of management team to encourage students to interact with each other through discussion.Supervision strategy refers to teachers using the way of answering questions to conduct supervision.Planning strategy refers to how to set up the course schedule,such as the release time and the deadline of each task.Transmission strategy refers to the use of WeChat public platform and other media to deliver course teaching information.Guidance strategy refers to a strategy to facilitate learners to increase the guiding structure,such as students’ compulsory reading,teaching plan and so on.The full text is divided into 5 parts to discuss.The first part:introduction.This paper mainly introduces the development of MOOC and the problems in educational probation and internship.It explains the background of the research,proposes research problems,and combines the research status of MOOC curriculum design at home and abroad to explain the research significance,describes the research content and research methods.The second part:the theoretical basis.This paper mainly introduces the theoretical basis of the MOOC curriculum design model.The third part:the principle of MOOC online course design and the construction of curriculum design model.This paper mainly introduces the principles and patterns of MOOC course design,and makes a detailed analysis of the design pattern of this course.The fourth part:the curriculum design and practice of "Trainee and Internship in Secondary Education".It mainly introduces how the design pattern is applied to practice,and analyzes the effect of each round of practice.The fifth part:Summarizing this research.The author summarizes the results of the thesis、innovation points,and puts forward some prospects for the follow-up research. |
