In recent 20 years,the physique of Chinese teenagers has been decreasing."Central no.7 document" clearly stipulates that the time of physical activity of primary school students shall not be less than one hour every day.Physical education alone cannot meet the needs of students to participate in physical exercise.As an organization form of extracurricular sports,sports associations play an important role in strengthening students’physique,cultivating "lifelong sports" habits,and discovering and cultivating competitive sports talents.The author USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,case method,interview method,for the British primary school in the school sports club and surrounding conditions,analysis of the current primary school sports club development present situation and existing problems,combining the development of school sports club in our country,and on how to promote the effective operation and management of the student sports organization and put forward the feasibility strategy.Through research,the following problems are found in the operation and management of primary school sports associations:the current operation guarantee measures of primary school sports associations are not perfect,which are reflected in the low status of courses,low treatment of tutors,the lack of administrative personnel and the lack of external communication mechanism.The teaching force of the association is weak,the working intensity of the physical education teachers is too great,and the professional ability of the teachers is still lacking.Project popularity is not high,lack of group foundation;The construction of community culture lags behind.The author thinks that primary school sports associations should do the following aspects:improve the guarantee mechanism of operation,the introduction of social resources,focus on the combination of popularization and improvement,and at the same time to create their own characteristics of culture,in order to ensure the effectiveness of the operation and management of primary school sports associations,to achieve its real value. |
