Research On Team Development Of Social Work Projrct From The Perspective Of Team Life Cycle Theory

At present,the development of social work industry mainly relies on service outsourcing and project purchase.Social work agencies generally provide social work services in the form of projects.The social work project team composed of project social workers is responsible for the actual implementation of the project plan,which directly affects the development of the project.The purpose of this study is to promote the good development of the social work project team,and to collect a large number of first-hand information through the field research method and the two methods of data collection,namely,participatory observation and unstructured interview.From an exploratory point of view,this paper studies the "2018-2019 three society linkage project" team(hereinafter referred to as "H project team")in W District of Z organization.Firstly,the development process of H project team in the project cycle is presented based on the team life cycle theory.Secondly,the author integrated the internal and external environment of the team,inspected the problemsof the H project team in the development process,explored the problems,causes and impacts,found that there were some problems in the team,such as vague role positioning of social workers,insufficient ability of the team to cope with the flow of personnel,and accordingly proposed to reverse the deviation positioning,improve work enthusiasm,improve the comprehensive ability of social workers,promote team cohesion and other solutions Measures.Finally,the author hopes that social work institutions and social workers can see the evolution of social work project teams from the perspective of development,and jointly build a team development model with social work professional characteristics,promote the good development of social work project teams,and maximize the value of social work services.
