| As an important place to make up for the lack of children’s sports,the structure of coaches’ knowledge and ability affects the effect,quality and sense of participation of children’s gymnastics.Through searching the literature of CNKI and the library of Beijing Sport University,it is found that there are relatively more researches on the knowledge and ability structure of physical education teachers and coaches,while the researches on the knowledge and ability structure of coaches in gymnastics training institutions are relatively weak.The construction of the knowledge and ability structure of the coaches in gymnastics training institutions has a significant impact on the development of children’s physical and mental health,and even plays an important role in improving the national physical condition.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the knowledge and ability structure of the coaches in children’s gymnastics training institutions.This research mainly uses the methods of expert investigation,literature review,field investigation,mathematical statistics and expert interview to carry out the primary selection,expert selection,data processing and analysis,index weight and scoring standards,and finally forms the knowledge and ability structure system of children’s gymnastics training mechanism coaches.It can provide some reference and reference for the improvement of gymnastics practitioners’ knowledge and ability in the future,and also provide basis for the recruitment and assessment of gymnastics training institutions.The results are as follows: 1.In the structure system of knowledge and ability of coaches in children’s gymnastics training institutions,the knowledge structure includes four first-class indexes: education and teaching knowledge,professional knowledge,instrumental knowledge and general knowledge;13 second-class indexes including sports subject knowledge,sports psychology knowledge and sports teaching knowledge;30 second-class indexes including the selection of children’s gymnastics training methods and children’s physiological characteristics Three level indicators.The ability structure includes 8 first level indexes,such as teaching practice ability and training ability;30 second level indexes,such as teaching preparation ability,explanation ability and demonstration ability;79 third level indexes,such as teaching goal design ability,teaching evaluation design ability and teaching plan writing ability.2.The knowledge and ability structure of the coaches and their scoring standards are established,which can be used as a reference for the selection and assessment of the coaches.3.The first order of the importance of knowledge structure is: professional knowledge > Education and Teaching Knowledge > instrumental Knowledge > general knowledge.The importance order of the first level index of ability structure is: teaching practice ability > training ability = social adaptability and communication ability =teaching resource development ability = ability to prevent and deal with injury accidents > special sports ability = event organization ability > scientific research ability.Coaches with solid professional knowledge and strong teaching ability are more competent for the work of coaches in children’s gymnastics training institutions.4.This research is the first time to develop the structure system of knowledge and ability of coaches in children’s gymnastics training institutions,which can provide the thinking and theoretical reference for the future scholars to carry out relevant research. |
