This article mainly uses the literature data method,field observation method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method,based on personal participation in the Chinese swimming " Stars of China " training practice,analyzes the American foreign teacher organization of the team of 12-14 year old young female swimmers in winter The training process,sort out the main features of the training arrangement,summarize the basic points suitable for the winter training of female swimmers of this age,and provide a reference for better improving the training effect of 12-14 year old young female swimmers in China.This article mainly draws the following conclusions:1.The " Stars of China " is mainly aerobic training throughout the winter training,interspersed with a small amount of anaerobic training;the entire winter training is mainly arranged around two games,gradually enhancing the athletes’ psychological quality.2.In the stage of basic ability recovery,water training mainly focused on EN1low-intensity aerobic threshold and EN2 low-intensity anaerobic threshold training.The improvement of new technologies and the restoration of basic aerobic capacity showed a downward trend in load.Land training mainly focuses on functional movement preparation,strength training and core training,highlighting the learning of correct movement patterns and the improvement of core strength;with the increase of load intensity,the load volume shows a downward trend.3.In the stage of improving special ability,water training mainly focuses on EN2low-intensity anaerobic threshold.The maximum oxygen uptake training rate of EN3 aerobic and anaerobic mixed energy supply is increased,and the special aerobic capacity is improved.The load is showing a downward trend,but it is higher than the basic capacity recovery stage.Land-based training arrangements tend to be specialized,with explosive force training rates increasing,strength training rates rising,and core training rates falling;the amount of load changes in a steady state,and the load intensity increases first and then stabilizes.4.The first stage of water training is mainly based on continuous training and interval training,and the combination of medium and long distance is used to restore the aerobic capacity of athletes;the second stage of water training is mainly based on interval training and the combination of short and medium distance Means to improve the aerobic endurance of athletes,this stage emphasizes the training of athletes’ kicking ability and breathing rhythm.Recommendations:1.In the winter training period,while improving the aerobic capacity of athletes,it is recommended to arrange sufficient anaerobic training to prevent the decline of athletes’ athletic ability in short-distance and short-and medium-distance speed endurance.2.It is debatable to arrange intensive low-intensity technical improvements and technical tests before the training week,and it is recommended to arrange it in the basic training week.3.In a training class,it is recommended not to use too many types of training methods to avoid a decline in movement quality.4.Due to limited conditions,this study only analyzed the training of 7 female athletes of the " Stars of China ".It is recommended to use more samples and conduct more systematic research in the later period.
