Judo in the competition of attack and defense changable, requires athletes to make the most effective attack in the shortest time, the intensity of confrontation, which is easy to make athletes tired. In recent years, the water recovery more and more applications in various fields, water and the unique environment can improve the body balance and coordination ability, and increase the neural control of the muscles, improve body function, promote the blood circulation, strengthen the metabolism of the body to product removal, improve the utilization rate of muscle on blood sugar, improve ventilation function, alleviate muscle pain. From the point of view that water environment can eliminate metabolites and fatigue, this study combined the characteristics of judo events to study the effect of water recovery on the relaxation recovery of judo athletes. This thesis mainly uses the literature material method, experimental method, expert interview method, mathematical statistics method and other methods,12 female judo athletes in Beijing sport university as the subjects of the experiment,it is divided into two groups at random, water and land groups, respectively, two groups of athletes to recover action, time and intensity of exactly the same. The experiment was divided into two parts. The first part was a special high-intensity judo training for members of the two groups. The heart rate, morning pulse, quiet heart rate, blood lactic acid, blood urea,RPE,CK and other indicators were measured at each time period. The second part is a 6-week experimental intervention for the two groups of subjects, which is carried out after the special training in the afternoon of 1st,3rd and5 th of each week, and the data before, during and after the experiment are measured respectively. The measurement indexes are morning pulse, heart rate, blood urea,CK,hemoglobin, etc. The results of the above experiments are as follows:(1)water recovery and land recovery did not affect the heart rate recovery, morning pulse, resting heart rate, blood urea and serum creatine kinase of judokas at different times after a high-intensity training.(2)after a special high-intensity judo training, there was a significant difference in blood lactic acid values between the land group and the water group immediately after relaxation and 5h after relaxation.(3)after a special high-intensity judo training, there was a significant difference in subjective fatigue feeling between the water group and the land group. As time went by,the subjective fatigue feeling of the water group was significantly better than that of the land group after 5h of relaxation.(4)after six weeks of intervention, the water group could more effectively reduce the blood urea content of the athletes and relieve the fatigue degree of the athletes; At the same time, the water group has a significant effect on the increase of hemoglobin content of athletes, indicating that water recovery can improve the aerobic capacity of athletes.(5)after the six-week intervention experiment, the measured morning pulse, resting heart rate and serum creatine kinase values in the water group and the land group were all lower than those before the experiment, but there was no significant difference. The research conclusions are as follows:(1)after a special high-intensity judo training, water recovery and land recovery had the same effect on the recovery of heart rate, morning pulse, resting heart rate, blood urea and serum creatine kinase at different times; In terms of blood lactic acid scavenging and subjective fatigue reduction, the effect of water recovery was better.(2)after six-week intervention, the effects of water recovery and land recovery on morning pulse, resting heart rate and serum creatine kinase were the same;Water recovery can effectively reduce the blood urea content in the body and enhance the hemoglobin value.Water recovery can be added to the daily relaxation of judo athletes.
