The State Sports General Administration set up a training base since 2010,and the establishment of the national youth team to race,is to do the security work for the national team and the city team reserve personnel training,young athletes training work becomes more and more important.However,the study on the physiological and biochemical indexes such as the morning pulse is still relatively small.This paper mainly through the study of physiological and biochemical indexes of young athletes,with changes in body function index young walker the understanding at the same time,find out performance variation of adolescent athletes,find the suitable methods for training and physiological and biochemical monitoring of young athletes,to provide the reference for the reserve talents of our country scientific and reasonable training.The race Guoshaodui(West Group)6 key players as the research object,at first,before entering the winter training,monitoring index function test on every Sunday morning for 6 athletes in the blood and urine sampling,testing the main indicators of blood urea(BUN),hemoglobin(Hb),blood lactic acid(BLA),urine protein(Pro)and other indicators as the initial data.In the winter training period,every major training class,class of athletes tested in the blood and urine sampling.In the winter training stage,once a week to record changes into the winter test after athletes' functional status monitoring indexes of athletes.Finally,using Microsoft Excel 2010 for data entry and analysis.The research results show that:(1)the hemoglobin content of athlete is there are some fluctuations in hemoglobin levels during the winter,to a certain extent higher will help athletes achieve better results.(2)the winter morning pulse will fluctuate to some extent,can return to normal after a period of adaptation after.Moreover,the overall situation of the morning pulse of athletes also showed a gradual reduction of the situation.(3)the amount of blood lactic acid produced under different loads is different,and with the increase of training ability,the number of blood lactic acid will increase.(4)during the winter blood urea appear more substantial fluctuations,male athletes is relatively stable overall fluctuation range is small,while the female athletes is a larger range.The conclusion shows that:(1)during the winter training period,the athletes adapted to the training load,and the whole process was not overtired.(2)during the entire winter training period,the athlete's morning pulse didn't have a high level of continuous performance.(3)the overall hemoglobin presentation of athletes tends to go up in the first place.(4)the athlete's index of blood lactic acid showed a decrease in overall appearance.(5)the fluctuations of blood urea indicators during winter training will gradually return to normal range as the training session develops.(6)during the winter training,the athlete trained and tested positive for the urine protein,and the next morning the normal return was normal,without excessive fatigue.
