In September 2019,the State Sports General Administration officially announced the "2022 Beijing Winter Olympics Participation Implementation Outline","2022 Beijing Winter Olympics Participation Service Guarantee Work Plan","2022 Beijing Winter Olympics Participation Technology Guarantee Work Plan","Beijing,2022" The Winter Olympics participated in the Anti-Doping Work Plan and the "Improving 300 Million People Participate in the Ice and Snow Sports" Implementation Outline(2018-2022),and put forward higher requirements for the full-scale preparation for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, which clearly pointed out that Full-scale participation, comprehensive breakthrough, and comprehensive driving of the goal, comprehensively lead the development of winter sports projects into a new stage. As a potential advantage project in China, the speed skating long-distance project is of great significance for scientific monitoring and restoration of the project. As an important indicator of exercise fatigue monitoring, blood lactic acid has scientific basis and important guarantee for the implementation of athletes' body fatigue recovery. This paper uses the literature data method, expert interview method, experimental method and mathematical statistics method to conduct experimental research on 10 speed skating athletes of speed skating team in Hebei Province, speed skating team in Jilin Province and speed skating team in Northeast Normal University. After intensity training, different combination recovery schemes were used to intervene, and the change of blood lactate concentration during recovery period was recorded and analyzed. The following research conclusions were obtained through data analysis:(1)In different combination recovery schemes, there was no significant difference in the effect of different recovery methods on blood lactate clearance rate, and the recovery method had no significant effect on blood lactate clearance rate.(2)In different combination recovery schemes,80% lactate threshold heart rate intensity is the best intensity,60% lactate threshold heart rate intensity recovery is second,100% lactate threshold heart rate intensity recovery effect is lower, and 60% lower lactate threshold heart rate intensity recovery effect lowest.(3)Different combination recovery plan recovery effect ranking: 80% lactate threshold heart rate intensity of "power car + foam axis","jogging + stretching" recovery program restores the best effect,60% lactate threshold heart rate intensity of "power car + " foam axis "," jogging + stretching " recovery program recovery effect is second,100% lactate threshold heart rate intensity of " power car + foam axis "," jogging + stretching " recovery program is less effective," foam axis + stretching The recovery program has the lowest effect.Based on this, the research and analysis recommendations are as follows:(1)The 60% lactate threshold heart rate intensity is suitable as the short-term interval training recovery intensity, and the 80% lactate threshold heart rate intensity is suitable as the relaxation exercise intensity at the end of the training session.(2)When the trainer resumes exercise training,if the training conditions permit, the “power car + foam shaft” recovery plan with 80% lactate threshold heart rate intensity is best;if the training conditions are lacking, the 80% lactate threshold heart rate can be used. The strength of the "jogging + stretching" recovery program is restored.(3)Due to the limited experimental conditions and limited funds, the research is not thorough enough. It is recommended to add test indicators to the auxiliary research in the follow-up study.
