| As a part of training and competition,preparatory activities play the role of increasing muscle temperature,accelerating metabolism and activating physiological functions through certain physical activities,stretching and specialized exercises.Nowadays,in the process of youth basketball training,especially in the youth basketball training mainly based on club training institutions,preparatory activities are arranged in disorder and lack of purpose According to this problem,the paper studies the law of physical development of 10-12-year-old teenagers.In addition to the warmup function of preparatory activities,it also takes the development of footstep movement ability in basketball as a part of the content arrangement of preparatory activities.Based on this,it designs the targeted preparatory activities plan,and practices by monitoring the same contents In the process of preparation,the characteristics of heart rate,RPE,energy consumption data,and interest observation are used to analyze and determine the specific preparation plan of this paper.Finally,the experiment is used to compare the specific preparation plan with the routine preparation plan to improve the foot movement ability in basketball.The conclusion of this paper is as follows:1)In the four preparation programs for the development of sensitive speed and explosive force of lower limbs,the comprehensive scores and interests of the rope ladder sensitive exercise,the heart rate,RPE,energy consumption and three physiological indexes of the small hurdle jumping exercise completed with the aid of equipment are better than those of the in-situ sensitive exercise and the half court side line jumping exercise.2)The sensitive speed exercise of rope ladder and the explosive force exercise of lower limbs of small hurdle jumping are suitable for the preparatory activities of 10-12-year-old youth basketball.3)The training of sensitive speed of rope ladder and explosive force of lower limbs of small hurdle jumping are better than the training of multi-quality during the walking of regular preparatory activities. |
