Background: At present,in the actual combat process of college badminton special students, when they suddenly start to change the body direction and hit the ball quickly, they often show the phenomenon of unstable gait, unable to maintain the body balance in time and so on,so that the technical action is deformed. Therefore,it is assumed that their poor dynamic balance ability is one of the important factors leading to the above phenomenon.Muscles that maintain human balance mainly come from the core part of the trunk.Based on the above situation, many scholars believe that core stability is closely related to the improvement of dynamic balance ability. However, whether core stability training can affect human dynamic balance ability is still controversial. Objective: Based on the above background, this study aims to master the core stability and dynamic balance level of male badminton students.Through the intervention program, the influence of core stability training on the dynamic balance ability of participants is discussed,so as to promote the development of the dynamic balance ability of badminton special male students, thus helping to enhance the students' physical quality and prevent sports injuries. At the same time,it provides a practical basis for the wide application of core stability training in college physical education courses. Methods: In this study,15 male students of badminton specialization in physical education in the class of 2018 at Tianjin University of Sport were used as experimental subjects.A randomized controlled experiment was used to conduct core stability training and general physical fitness training for six weeks, three times a week for two groups of subjects, experimental group(N =7)and control group(N =8),respectively.The training period and density of subjects in the two groups were basically the same. The core stability and dynamic balance of the two groups before and after the experiment were tested by relevant instruments.Paired t-test was used to analyze whether there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment, and the independent sample t-test was used to test the difference between the experimental group and the control group.Pearson partial correlation was used to analyze the correlation between core stability and dynamic balance ability of subjects. So as to explore the influence of core stability training on the dynamic balance ability of male badminton majors.Results:(1)Before training, there was no significant difference between the two groups before training(P > 0.05);after 6 weeks of training, the test indexes of core stability in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with those before training(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in the control group(P > 0.05);after training, the test results of five core stability in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).(2)Before training, there was no significant difference in SEBT test results of 8 directions and comprehensive performance between the two groups(P > 0.05),but the extension distance of the control group and the experimental group under the support of the right leg were significantly higher than those under the support of the left leg(P < 0.05).After 6weeks of training, the SEBT test results of 8 directions and comprehensive scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those before training(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the left and right sides of SEBT test results in all directions(P > 0.05);Compared with the control group, the test results of the left leg support in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).(3)Pearson's partial correlation analysis revealed that, except for the trunk flexion extension range of motion test, the results of all four core stability related tests were significantly and positively correlated with the combined scores of the right and left SEBT tests in both control and experimental groups as well as in all subjects(r control group > 0.5,r experimental group > 0.65,r total > 0.6,P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)After six weeks of training sports education professional badminton special students to core stability all have different degrees of ascension, and participate in the core stability training participants' core stability is more significant, core stability training is superior to pure physical quality training, help to stable movement posture, create a fulcrum for onset of movement.(2)The core stability training can significantly improve the dynamic balance ability of subjects, and is beneficial to the balanced development of bilateral dynamic balance ability, which is helpful to strengthen the postural control and the ability to maintain stability.(3)Except for the trunk flexion extension range of motion test, there were significant positive correlations between all four core stability related test indexes and dynamic balance ability, and the improvement of core stability was conducive to improving the dynamic balance level of exercise participants and had an important role in improving dynamic balance benefits.
