| Purposes: As a new training method,pressurized training has achieved good results in many fields,such as fitness,medical rehabilitation and competitive sports.Existing studies have shown that pressurized training has a positive effect on lower limb exercise capacity in high jump,swimming,100 meters,etc.The athletic ability of the lower limbs is very important for the badminton event,but there are no research has been conducted on the effect of pressurized training on the exercise ability of the lower limbs of the badminton event.This article will explore the effects of 4 weeks pressurized training on the lower extremity athletic ability of badminton students and the change of lower extremity athletic ability of badminton students after2 weeks of suspension.Methods: This article uses research methods such as literature method,experiment method,expert interview method,and data statistics method.A total of 32 badminton special students from the 2018 College of Education of Beijing Sport University were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups of16 people.The experimental group was a combination of compression and low-intensity resistance training,and the control group was low-intensity resistance training group.In the experimental intervention,the experimental group took compression(pressure 160-220 mm Hg)combined with 30% 1RM squat and 30%1RM lunge squat training,the control group only used 30% 1RM squat and 30%1RM lunge squat training,both groups were respectively trained for 4 weeks in the early stage and train them three times per week,followed by 2 weeks of training suspension.Before training,after 4 weeks of training,and after 2 weeks of training suspension,subjects in both groups were subjected to squat with maximum strength,lunge squat with maximum strength,thigh circumference test,longitudinal height touch,and badminton court movement test.Results:(1)After four weeks of experimental intervention,the strength of the experimental group and the Control Group increased,but the improvement of the experimental group was greater than the Control Group(p<0.05).(2)After four weeks of experimental intervention,both the experimental group and the control group have improved longitudinal reach and thigh circumference,but the improvement of the experimental group was greater than the Control Group(p<0.05).(3)After 4 weeks of low intensity training,both the experimental group and the Control Group improved their performance of field movement,but the experimental group improved more than the control group.(4)After the training suspension,the lower limb strength and the field movement performance of the experimental group decreased(p<0.05),while the lower limb strength and the field movement performance of the Control Group did not change significantly(p>0.05).(5)After two weeks of suspension,both the longitudinal reach score and thigh circumference of the experimental group and the Control Group did not change significantly(p>0.05).Conclusion:(1)4-week pressurized training can improve the maximum muscle strength,explosive force and sensitivity of the lower limbs of badminton students,and promote the growth of muscle circumference.(2)Two weeks of suspension,can make the maximum strength and special sensitivity of the lower limb muscle rapidly decline,but it has no effect on the explosive force and muscle circumference. |
