| Research Objectives: In recent years,blood flow restriction training has become a common training means for the general sports population,athletes and rehabilitation patients to carry out strength training and improve the training effect.However,there have not been comprehensive and systematic research results on the effect of blood flow restriction before and after the intervention of female athletes in training.The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of blood flow restriction on body composition,muscle type and strength quality before and after blood flow restriction intervention in physical training of female athletes in flower swimming events preparing for the 14 th Olympic Games,to explore the feasibility of blood flow restriction training in female athletes,and to provide a feasible plan and scientific reference for the use of blood flow restriction training for female athletes in the future.Research methods: In this paper,10 excellent female athletes of Jiangsu Provincial Flower and Swim Team were selected as the research objects for an8-week blood flow restriction strength training.Before and after the experiment,the maximum 1RM value of the athletes was measured in terms of their body composition,total isometric muscle strength,jump height in water and rush height in water,explosive power of high grasp,squat jump and push up under the test platform.Related indexes such as muscle thickness were collected and sorted.The arterial occlusive pressure of each subject was measured using a Doppler detector.The test indexes,steps and methods were consistent before and after the experiment.SPSS 16.2 and JMP16.2 software were used to conduct paired T-test for the data before and after the experimental intervention.Research results:1.Compared with the body composition before training,the protein content,skeletal muscle content and muscle volume of blood flow restriction group were significantly increased by paired sample T test(P<0.05).Body fat volume decreased significantly with statistical difference(P.The results showed that the blood flow restriction training had a positive effect on the muscle shape and body composition of the subjects to a certain extent.2.Compared with the whole body isometric muscle strength before training,the paired sample T test analysis showed that the upper limb push(P<0.01),upper limb pull(P<0.01),lower limb left leg abduction(P<0.01),lower limb right leg abduction(P<0.01),lower limb right leg adduction(P<0.05),lower limb left leg adduction(P<0.05),trunk forward flexion(P<0.05),trunk extension(P<0.05)in the blood flow restriction group were significantly increased,with a high statistical difference(P<0.05).The results show that blood flow restriction training has a significant effect on the improvement of isometric muscle strength of synchronized swimmers and can promote the improvement of their basic strength.3.Compared with the height of water jump and water jump before training,the height of water jump in the blood flow restriction group was significantly increased by paired sample T test,with a high statistical difference(P<0.01).The flush height in water has an increasing trend,but there is no statistical difference(P>0.05).The research results show that the blood flow restriction training can promote the special strength and physical fitness of synchronized swimmers,and at the same time transform it into the improvement of sports performance to a certain extent,indicating that the blood flow restriction training has a certain migration effect in the strength training of synchronized swimming.4.Compared with the explosive force before training,the peak power(P <0.01)and peak speed(P < 0.01)of high grip contraction in the blood flow restriction group were significantly increased by paired sample T-test,showing a high statistical difference(P < 0.01).Although the peak force of high grip contraction showed an increasing trend,But there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).The results show that blood flow restriction training can improve the explosive power of synchronized swimmers,which can be shown in the training movements.5.Compared with before training,the maximum height(P < 0.01),maximum power(P < 0.01),maximum height(P < 0.05),maximum height(P <0.05),maximum flight time(P < 0.05)of squat jump and squat jump in blood flow restriction group were significantly increased by paired sample T test.There was statistical difference(P < 0.05).The results show that blood flow restriction training plays a significant role in promoting the explosive power of synchronized swimmers.6 Compared with before training,the maximum torque peak of 60 degree angular velocity of right leg,120 degree angular velocity of right leg and 60 degree angular velocity of right shoulder in the blood flow restriction group were analyzed by paired sample T test.The maximum torque peak of 60 degrees angular velocity of left shoulder(P < 0.01),the maximum torque peak of 60 degrees angular velocity of left leg(P < 0.05),and the maximum torque peak of120 degrees angular velocity of left shoulder(P < 0.05)were significantly increased.There was statistical difference(P < 0.05).The results showed that blood flow restriction training had a significant improvement effect on improving athletes’ isokinetic muscle strength,so as to improve athletes’ specific strength.7.Compared with before training,the 1RM shoulder press(P < 0.01),1RM biceps flexion(P < 0.01),1RM triceps retraction pull-down(P < 0.01),1RM bench press(P < 0.01),1RM squat(P < 0.01)in the blood flow restriction group were analyzed by paired sample T test.5.5KG functional training machine back grip push(P < 0.01),60 KG squat training machine express squat(P < 0.05)significantly increased,with statistical difference(P < 0.05).The results indicate that blood flow restriction training has a significant effect on improving the maximum strength of athletes.8.Compared with before training,the muscle thickness of the left triceps(P< 0.01),the left lateral femoris muscle(P < 0.05),and the left deltoid muscle were significantly increased in the blood flow restriction group by the paired sample T test(P < 0.05),with statistical difference(P < 0.05).The muscle thickness of left and right biceps,right triceps,right lateral femoris,left latissimus dorsi,right latissimus dorsi,right triceps humerus,left rectus femoris,right deltoid showed an increasing trend,but there was no statistical difference(P > 0.05).These results indicate that blood flow restriction training can improve muscle size and promote the appearance of muscle hypertrophy in athletes to some extent.research conclusion:1.Blood flow restriction training can increase the muscle strength and improve the body muscle shape of female athletes under low load.2.Blood flow restriction training has a role in promoting muscle hypertrophy and partial muscle circumference of female athletes,but the overall change is not large.3.Blood flow restriction training can not only promote the growth of explosive power and muscle strength,but also extend the performance to the specific motor ability,promoting the improvement of their specific motor ability,indicating that blood flow restriction training has a certain migration effect. |
