| Yang Jiayu,one of China’s top athletes,is out of order in the women’s 20 kilometer Walking Competition of the 2019 world track and Field Championships.The main reason of Yang Jiayu’s abnormal performance is that the training before competition is not good.By using the methods of literature,interview and field investigation,this study comprehensively analyzes the pre competition training stage division,content and load arrangement,and training completion effect of Yang Jiayu,an excellent walking athlete in China,summarizes the effectiveness and shortcomings of the pre competition training work,and deeply analyzes the causes of Yang Jiayu’s failure in the competition The main reason is that it has positive guidance and reference significance to promote the scientific development of the pre competition training of the Excellent Female Walking Athletes in China.The results show that:1.The goal of Yang Jiayu’s participation in the 2019 World Championships is to enter the top three at least and strive for gold medal.The train of thought before the competition is: to carry out special physical training,and to take into account the overall development of other physical quality and special technology.Strengthen the first half speed ability training,consolidate the second half sprint ability.Through the adjustment of training load,gradually realize the adjustment of physical reserve and competitive state.2.Yang Jiayu’s pre competition training arrangement is divided into three stages,each stage of which has a clear training task,focusing on special physical training,taking into account the development and maintenance of other physical quality and special technology.3.The overall training load of Yang Jiayu’s pre competition training reached the upper middle level.The amount of training decreased gradually.The intensity of training increased gradually,and decreased slightly in the last week before the competition.The load arrangement follows the periodic training theory,but Yang Jiayu shows obvious discomfort to the training load,which causes hidden danger to his competition.4.The training time of each week before Yangjiayu’s competition is decreasing gradually.By adjusting the training time and reducing the amount of training,we can reserve physical strength.The training content of each week is mainly special endurance.Technical training also accounts for a certain proportion in all stages.The training contents of strength,core strength and flexibility are less arranged in each stage.5.Coaches mainly monitor the training load of Yang Jiayu through heart rate and blood index,and adjust the training content and load arrangement properly through the monitoring of physiological and biochemical indexes.At the same time,through scientific recovery and medical measures,effectively prevent the occurrence of injuries and ensure the smooth development of training work.6.The shortcomings of Yang Jiayu’s training before the 2019 World Championships are as follows: the improper control of training intensity in the first two weeks of pre competition training affects the adjustment of body function,resulting in Yang Jiayu’s body function failing to adjust to the best state in the competition.In the arrangement of pre competition training content,Yang Jiayu is too impatient and his technical movements are seriously distorted due to the lack of training in dealing with emergencies in the competition. |
