A Study On The Arrangement Of Self-selected Collective Pom Sets In Open Children Group In The 2017-2019 National Cheerleading Championship

Pom is one of the cheerdance events.Because of its sunshine,fashion,energy,has become a new sports in primary schools.Although it has developed rapidly in China,it is still in its infancy to popularize it in primary schools.With the increasing number of teams of open children group,the competition among the teams is becoming more and more fierce.Therefore,according to the rules of cheerleading competition,it is very important to understand the arrangement of the sets of pom movements of the excellent team in the open children group.This paper USES the methods of literature review,expert interview,video analysis,mathematical statistics research methods to conduct in-depth analysis on the operation movements,technical skills,stage and visual effects,and the use of music of the 24 teams of the top 8 of the self-selected sets in the open children group of the three national cheerleading championships from 2017 to 2019.To grasp the current situation and trend of the arrangement of the optional movements of the open children group,summarize its rules,and provide a theoretical basis for the arrangement of the complete sets of movements of the open children group.Scientific and effective implementation of pom training in line with physical and mental development in primary school,improve the overall level of pom project in open children group,and play the role of tamping the basic learning of pom.The research conclusions are as follows:1.During the three national cheerleading championships from 2017 to 2019,the top eight teams in the open children group selected by themselves had an average of39 eight-beats of their sets of movements,and the average of their sets of movements was 67.7%.With the emphasis on the difficulty and diversity of the whole set of movements,the operational movements show a trend of decreasing year by year and pay attention to the coordination with other movements.The layout of operating-action is more balanced in the whole set,and the number of operating-action in the latter section is the largest,accounting for 39.7%.2.Technical skills are the focus of the choreography of sets of movements,and difficult movements are the main content of the choreography of technical skills.The number of movements increases year by year,but the average repetition rate is 36.1%.Among the difficulty movements,the balance and flexibility classes have the largest number and keep increasing,the number of twist and jump classes is not different,and the somersault class is the least used,accounting for only 10.6% of the total number of difficulty movements on average.In order to give full play to the competitive level of the athletes and ensure the completion quality of the difficult movements,most of the top eight teams choose the performance forms completed by some players and arrange the difficult movements in the front and middle sections of the sets of movements.Each competition each team about 1 to 3 stunts,but the difficulty and innovation are generally low.The number of coordinated movements is less than the number of stunts.The stunts and coordination movements are mostly in the middle part of the set.3.The arrangement of stage and visual effect no longer blindly pursues the number of formation,but pays more attention to the stability and consistency of formation change and the performance of movement in formation and spatial hierarchy transformation.As a result,the total number of formation changes is reduced.Each team changes its formation 19 times on average,among which the symmetrical formation accounts for 97.3% at most.The number of changes of the fixed formation is about 3 times of the number of changes of the mobile formation.The spatial hierarchy transformation is more abundant and the switching speed is faster.Type A+B has the largest number of multiple space transformations,and the three competitions are above 49%.The use of layers is more balanced,up and down and before and after forms are commonly used.Contrastive movements are often used in the completion of operational movements,the main form of choreography is two groups,conducive to show the consistency of the set of movements.4.In the three national cheerleading championships,the music of the top eight teams in the open children group in the free movement of the pom was between 2 ’and2’ 28 ",with the average eight-beat is completed every 3.18 ".Most of the top eight teams chose three or four tracks for editing,and 66.7% of the teams added sound effects to their music,with the number of sounds ranging from two to 12.
