| The training arrangements for outstanding athletes have important guiding significance for the training of athletes and their reserve talents,especially for successful winter training.This research analyzes the training schedule of the outstanding female marathon athlete Li Zhixuan in the winter training period.She has created the best results of the domestic women marathon in the Nagoya Marathon in Japan after the winter training.It can provide valuable reference for the winter training of Chinese women marathon,and can also enrich and update the training theory and practical experience of Chinese women marathon athletes during the preparation and winter training periods.This article adopts the method of literature,field observation and expert interview.,Mathematical Statistics,Logic Analysis research methods to study Li Zhixuan’s training schedule for the 2019 Nagoya Marathon Winter Training.Concluded as follow:1.Li Zhixuan preparing for the 2019 Nagoya Marathon winter training period is divided into four phases,the plain preparation phase: mainly aerobic training;plateau adaptation and consolidation phase: mainly to adapt to the plateau environment and consolidate aerobic capacity;plateau strengthening phase: Training with aerobic,mixed aerobic and specific intensity,so as to improve the athlete’s special ability.At this stage,the pace control of interval time and interval running is emphasized,and the functions of interval running and variable speed running are fully exerted,and the potential of athletes is tapped.Pre-adjustment stage: Adjust the athlete’s competitive state and cultivate the athlete’s sense of speed and rhythm.2.Li Zhixuan prepares for the 2019 Nagoya Marathon winter training.The training is mainly based on all-round physical training,and technical,tactical,and psychological training throughout the winter training.Stamina quality dominates physical training,accounting for 64-67% of total training time,speed training accounts for 7-10% of total training time,strength training accounts for 16-18% of total training time,and flexibility training accounts for 8-10% of total training time.Coaches have different proportions of different endurance training according to different tasks in different stages.In terms of training load,Li Zhixuan has a larger overall load during winter training,and strengthening basic endurance training is the key to improving the weak links of athletes’ basic endurance.3.Li Zhixuan prepares for the 2019 Nagoya Marathon during winter training.Here,the heart rate,hemoglobin,blood urea,creatine kinase,testosterone and other physiological and biochemical indicators were monitored in stages,so that coaches can timely respond to athletes’ dynamic physiological and biochemical indicators and post-training The recovery situation makes adjustments to the training plan,so as to reasonably arrange the training volume and training intensity to ensure the recovery of athletes’ physical fitness and athletic ability.At the same time,the coaches pay attention to psychological training and pressure guidance in winter training to ensure that athletes can withstand the pressure of winter training and actively face and complete the training content of this winter training period.4.Li Zhixuan prepares for the 2019 Nagoya Marathon Winter Training.Through comprehensive medical recovery guarantee,scientific nutritional supplements and adequate rest,measures have been taken to reduce training fatigue,promote physical recovery,effectively avoid the emergence of injuries,and successfully complete the winter training for Li Zhixuan Periodic training tasks provide important guarantees.5.Li Zhixuan prepared for the 2019 Nagoya Marathon Winter Training Training and achieved significant results.His aerobic endurance,specific speed,and competitive status have all reached a high level,achieving the expected goals before the winter training and creating the Chinese women’s marathon.Seven years best. |
