Purpose:This study was to investigate the changes of Some Biochemical Indexes of the female marathon athletes in LiaoNing province who were in winter training for the rights of final competitions for the 10th National Games,and to explore the characteristic and its regulating manner of this training,thus to find a theory foundation for the science research of marathon training.Methods:To monitor the changes of the level of CK,Hb and T in the female marathon athletes, and to analyze these indexes with the training load.Results1.The level of CK,BUN,T in female marathon before training was in the normal range.2.The basal level of CK led to a increasing tendency in the whole period,while this tendency showed markedly in the third phase during the winter training.3.The basal level of Hemoglobin(Hb) was 13.00±0.37g/dl,which showed a decreasing tendency in the whole period.There was a significant decrease in the level of Hb after a heavy load exercise which decreased 0.96±0.27 g/dl,while this change showed markedly in the third phase during the winter training.4.The basal level of Testosterone(T) was 22.47±2.32ng/dl,which showed a decreasing tendency in the whole period.There was a significant decrease in the level of T after a heavy load exercise which decreased 2.80±2.53ng/dl,while this change showed markedly in the third phase during the winter training.Conclusion1.The level of CK before and after exercise changed with the training load,and changed closely with the training intensity.2.During the whole period,there was no Sports Anemia in athletes due to the basal level of Hb showing a lesser change.There was a significant decrease in the level of Hb after a marathon exercise,and the decreasing range changed with the training load.3.During the winter training,the basal level of T decreased when compared with which before the winter training,and the decreasing range changed with the training intensity.The level of T showed a decreasing tendency after a marathon exercise when compared with which before the exercise,and the decreasing range changed with the training load.4.During the winter training,the level of Hb and T in serum decreased as the training load increased,but they were still in the normal range.It made the training of female marathon athletes who struggled for the 10th National Games can be accomplished.
