Comparative Study 《2013-14California Physical Fitness Test》and 《National Student Physical Health Standard》

And according to the problems encountered in the process of implementing changes year by year, the impact is very broad, the evaluation mechanism is relatively perfect. As the area of the third, the most populous states, California, in the advanced level in terms of health monitoring. Our country has experienced the physique test system of 《Labour and defence》,《National physical training standards》《College students sports qualified standard》,《Sports qualified standard of middle school students》,《The elementary student sports qualification standard》 and 《the junior middle school graduate entrance examination method and a series of sports system》,《National student physical health standard》, and in2014, the revised《National student physical health standard》 But there are still the phenomenon of students’ physical deterioration, in this paper, and the comparison of the California fitness test standard about physical testing of students in China can be more scientific, more comprehensive.In this study,《National student physical health standard》 and 《California Physical Fitness Test》 for the study,the use of literature, comparative study, laboratory tests, mathematical statistics for《National student physical health standard》 and 《California Physical Fitness Test》 comparative study found that:the two test items have some overlap, whether in China or the United States found that students’ physical fitness test projects are representative of a certain, you can find targeted the problems of physical fitness of students, but there needs to be improved and the perfect place; our students pass the test on the lower extremities strength and power played a good role in monitoring, but for muscle strength and endurance tests still to be refined and improved; the two countries on the same test project its methods are different; evaluation methods have specific goals reference evaluation methods (China) and qualitative evaluation (USA) points; our equipment and the development and use in the United States is relatively backward.
