| Self-harmony means that people can meet their inner needs,feel satisfied with themselves,calmly accept their own shortcomings,and actively accept themselves,which is also an important sign to measure the level of individual mental health.High school students are in the period of "self-identity and role confusion".Self-exploration and self-harmony are one of the important tasks of psychological development in this period,and self-harmony has a profound influence on their studies,interpersonal relationships and mental health.High school students are confronted with many contradictions and conflicts in the process of forming a coordinated self-whole,which is influenced by complex factors such as peers,families,schools,society and themselves.A large number of facts and studies prove that peer relationship plays an important and special role in the self-development of high school students...Therefore,this study attempts to investigate the self-harmony of senior high school students,and to find effective strategies to improve their self-harmony level from the two aspects of peer and self,so as to promote their construction of a harmonious self.In this regard,the research is carried out from the following two aspects:Study 1 is the current situation and relationship study.1000 high school students in Yunnan Province were investigated by self-harmony Scale,Friendship Quality Questionnaire and positive Psychological capital questionnaire to understand their psychological harmony status and the relationship between friendship quality,positive psychological capital and self-harmony.Study 2 is an intervention study.Based on the findings of Study 1,a group-assisted program with positive psychological capital as the theme is designed and implemented to explore effective group counseling that interferes with positive psychological capital of high school students and then improves self-harmony level.On the basis of voluntary,26 high school students meeting the requirements were selected as subjects,and they were randomly divided into experimental group 13,13 control group.The control group did not do any treatment,only to the experimental group to carry out group auxiliary intervention.In order to test the effect of intervention,the experimental group and the control group were tested after the end of intervention using the scale measured before intervention.The research conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.The friendship quality of high school students is at a good level,the overall level of positive psychological capital is good,and the overall level of self-harmony is at a medium level.Only 14.6% of high school students have a high level of self-harmony,and the self-harmony level of high school students needs to be further improved.2.The friendship quality of senior high school students is affected by different demographic variables such as gender,place of residence,mother’s education level and whether she has served as student cadre.Both positive psychological capital and self-harmony of high school students are affected by demographic variables such as boarding,domicile location,family structure,single child,education level of father and mother,participation in associations,and student cadre.3.Friendship quality,positive psychological capital and self-concordant score of high school students are significantly correlated,and friendship quality and positive psychological capital have negative predictive effect on self-concordant score.4.Positive psychological capital plays a partial mediating role between friendship quality and self-harmony among high school students.5.Positive psychological capital group psychological counseling can effectively improve the level of positive psychological capital.In addition,the self-harmony level of high school students can be improved by the intervention of positive psychological capital. |
