The human resources plays an important role and is also an important wealth of modern industrial society .No matter material production field or spirit production field, the function of human resources is becoming prominent. Organization's competition from essentially is equal with the competition between human resources development and the management. The human resources development and management many questions all are belong to human itself the category, therefore it cannot unrelated with survey and discussion from angle of psychology.Today, psychology theory which applied in the human resources development and management is to be more stressed in academy and industry, because it has proposed the new knowledge, viewpoints, theories and methods about the human resources development and management based on the humans' psychology and behavior of the organizations.The author pays attention to the application of psychological theory to human resources development and management, carries further analysis and discussions, aiming to improve efficient on human resources.
