Quality development training is a new type of experiential teaching model,which plays a fundamental role in enhancing students’psychological qualities and social adaptability.Serving as a beneficial supplement to traditional education,the development of quality development training in institutions of higher learning has gradually entered the right track.However,its development in the field of primary schools is not universal enough,and there remains little research on the quality development training in primary schools,which requires to be concerned by people in the education circles.Adopting methods of literature study,questionnaire survey,field observation,and mathematical statistics,the thesis firstly investigates and statistically analyzes the overall satisfaction and satisfaction in all dimensions of the fourth-grade students who participate in quality development training in Yanji City;it secondly makes the comparative analysis between the satisfaction of students who take participation in quality development training in schools with different gender compositions and ethnic minority;ultimately,it explores the problems existing in the development of quality development training in“the comprehensive practice education base of primary and high schools in Yanji City",formulates corresponding solutions,and proposes corresponding suggestions,in the purpose of promoting the long-term development of“the comprehensive practice education base of primary and high schools in Yanji City" as well as the reform of the quality development curriculum,and enhancing the satisfaction degree of students who participate in the quality development training.In this way,the research would make the quality development training better serve the students,and enable the students to achieve the pre-set learning effect of quality development training.Based on the research results,the following conclusions are drawn:Firstly,the mean value of overall satisfaction towards the quality development training carried out by "the comprehensive practice education base for primary and high schools in Yanji City”is 3.5315,which depicts a state between mildness and satisfaction.Among them,organizational form,teacher teaching,and external support are the main reasons which account for the low overall satisfaction.Secondly,the major reasons accounting for the low satisfaction scores of the organizational form lie in the low satisfaction scores in terms of the arranged frequency of quality development training per semester and the total time of the project.The major reasons leading to low satisfaction scores of teacher’ s teaching lie in low satisfaction scores in the way that how teachers correct errors,treat their classmates,evaluate performance,summarize&share,and make situation introduction.The main reasons accounting for the low satisfaction scores of external supports lie in the low satisfaction scores of emphasis on quality development training by schools and parents.Thirdly,the site environment affects the satisfaction scores of the site equipment.There is a lack of teamwork projects in the course content setting.The learning effect is not obvious in terms of enhancing teamwork awareness,strengthening physical fitness,and improving relations with classmates.Fourthly,the overall satisfaction of girls is lower than that of boys.Among them,there is significant divergence in satisfaction of organizational form,course content,and learning effects,which are the main reasons accounting for the significant divergence in the overall satisfaction of boys and girls.Fifthly,the overall satisfaction of students in schools for Han is lower than that of students in schools for Chinese-Korean.Among them,there is a significant divergence in the satisfaction of organizational forms,which is the main reason accounting for the significant divergence in the overall satisfaction of students between schools for Chinese-Korean and Han.In the light of the conclusion of the study,the thesis puts forward the proposals that "the comprehensive practice education base for primary and high schools in Yanji City" should scientifically adjust the organizational form of quality expansion training,enhance the professional competence and comprehensive quality of teachers in quality expanding,strengthen the propaganda power towards participating schools and students’parents,actively maintain the environment of quality development training ground,add teamwork projects,and enhance the social adaptability and physical quality learning effect,in the aim of improving the satisfaction degree of fourth-grade students towards the participation in the quality development training.
