Secondary vocational education occupies a critical position in the wholevocational education and is to cultivate a large number of modern skilled workers andhigh-quality laborers. In china, the main mechanism that conducts secondaryvocational education is schools, in which the students obtain the direct service ofvocational education and students can judge the qualities of vocational educationdirectly. This paper that is based on student’s satisfaction survey, aimed to understandthe development status of the secondary vocational school education service qualities,to find out the key factors to it, and to explore measures, which has very importantsignificance for our country secondary vocational education service quality.This research adopts the empirical approach in the case study of secondaryvocational education service quality, under30secondary vocational school students16provinces as investigation object, and measures the satisfaction of service qualitythrough questionnaire to the students of secondary vocational school. This studydescribes service quality in detail from the overall satisfaction, living and learningenvironment, curriculum, teaching, practice, teachers, education management,vocational skills training eight aspects, and the average satisfaction degrees are:3.261,2.993,3.355,3.378,3.198,3.465,3.176,3.465respectively.This study finds out thatthe key factors of influence secondary vocational education service qualityrespectively is the food and hygiene environment, organizing students to take part insocial practice, the innovation education, the order training situation, the life coachingof teacher to student, school fees, entrepreneurship training. Studies have found thatthe secondary vocational school education service quality can meet basic satisfactionof the students, but it still has a large room to improve, the degrees of the secondaryvocational education service quality satisfaction do not exist gender difference, thereare differents degree of secondary vocational education in service quality satisfctionfor different grades. Based on the above findings, this paper puts forward the following foursuggestions in order to improve the quality of secondary vocational school educationservices:1.The education idea, to stick to "seek truth from facts, students-focused";2.The implementation of education, to adhere to the "employment guidance, theability-focused";3.Education management, to adhere to the "student participation,quality-focused";4.Education security, to adhere to the "comprehensive coordination,service-focused".
