This article mainly explores the coping strategies and influencing factors of teachers’ strategies on coping with children’s negative emotions(anxiety,anger,fear,sadness)in large classes,mainly using observation and interview methods,and selecting large class teachers from two five-star kindergartens in Anshan City as the research objects.The author selected a couple of samples to observe and collected a total of 84 cases of teachers on coping with children’s negative emotions,and conducted interviews with 12 teachers.This research mainly uses Fisher’s precise test and case analysis to process the collected cases.Through Fisher’s precise test,it is concluded that the types of children’s negative emotion strategies are significantly different in the causes of children’s negative emotions,and the types of children’s negative emotion strategies are in the scene of children’s negative emotions.The specific strategies used by teachers to cope with children’s negative emotions are divided into positive reinforcement strategies,negative reinforcement strategies,retreat strategies,and punishment strategies.According to the statistical results of teachers’ coping strategies,positive reinforcement strategies are used the most,but among the 13 specific strategies,neglect and cold treatment strategies are used most frequently.Through Fisher’s exact test,it is concluded that the types of teachers’ coping strategies are significantly different in the types and incentives of children’s negative emotions,and there is no significant difference in the scenes where children’s negative emotions occur.By coding the interview data,it is concluded that the factors that affect teachers’ coping strategies mainly include teachers’ professionalism,children’s physical and mental characteristics,and parents’ support.Based on the above research results,this paper proposes educational suggestions for teachers from three aspects: optimizing teachers’ coping strategies,enhancing teachers’ own emotional ability and the professional level of teachers’ emotional coping strategies.
